We've owned our house 10 days. Discovered our huge vanity mirror was about to fall off the wall! Pro Glass & Mirror came to our rescue about 3 hours later, evaluated the problem and came up with 3 repair scenarios. Fortunately, the first (and very risky) solution worked! I waited 90 min past the time thinking he may have been tied up with another job. I left him several voicemails and sent several texts and heard nothing. I ran into some problems with 2 other companies being able to acquire the glass I needed for my bathroom remodel during the Corona Virus slow down. Hugo was able to order my glass with ease and had it installed all within the timeframe he gave me. We replaced one shower door and installed a glass divider panel and couldn't be happier with the result.
