We then scheduled the work on installing baseboards in my home with quite a bit of back-and-forth due to my schedule which Salvador was very accommodating with all the communications. Sal installed crown moulding throughout our entire vacation home in Indio, CA and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. He uses 16ft lengths of moulding to minimize the # of joints and every cut he did to fit around corners and/or cabinetry was precision perfect. Long story short, Salvador made an appointment to come to look at our home for a crown molding job in our living room and dining room in Beaumont. He said he would be at my house the next day between 12:00 and 4:00, Salvador did not show or text, and when I reached out Salvador said he didn't want to drive out to my home. This company is a total disappointment; original bid for work to be done with pricing was outrageously over priced which was discovered later but more importantly, items were excluded after so called work had been completed. When addressed I was told they were not included, however, they were listed on bid sheet and full payment had been made...I have informed the person who referred me of this and she had learned this had been an issue with other customers as well and was reported to the Better Business Bureau; hence, my writing a review as well. I would never use them again nor recommend as well - totally dishonest and work inferior. read more
