So I checked them out on Yelp and saw that they were very well reviewed. So having the need to change the locks, I called Duty. 1st the 2 gentleman were friendly. They did not complain about my dog who is very friendly. Infact once she got her greeting sniffs done, she returned to her bed and observed the project. 2nd, the locks and keys were changed in a professional manner.
