The gal behind the counter was very nice and got a mechanic to look at it almost right away. Meanwhile we heard a guy with a RV Wonder how in the world they got the work done so quickly. The mechanic found our problem and explained how we didn't need to go through any great expenditure just to get ourselves home so far away. Didn't charge us. So all I could do is tip him and write this review. You would think an auto shop in West Yellowstone would take full of advantage of Jordi situation. Not Claire and Dee's!

Parts came in over night as always with Napa. Called Point S to see if they could put it in for me. Literally an hour at most. They told me that they can't use customer parts. They get their parts FROM Napa. So their idea was to let me come in the next day to diagnose it. Then they order the parts from Napa and then I come back to get them installed. I'm sad that West Yellowstone only has this as an option.

By the entrance there was a flashing sign Bison on road and we saw so many the first day- even close enough like 10 feet away to take photos. 3. The snow on the mountains, boulders and trees was jaw dropping beautiful. 4. It was cold enough to see icicles and bundle up but we didn't need to use our snow boots or use chains on our tires. 5. Luckily at least the Mammoth Springs General Store was open so we could enjoy the huckleberry ice cream sandwiches two days in a row. 6. Old Faithful Geyser was pretty close to the estimated time to blow though the wind made it spout to the left vs straight upwards. Not so good: 1. Many roads were closed & places not open til 4/29- we came a few days too early. 2. We really wanted to see baby bears as it was spring but saw no bears at all. 4. Only once when hubs needed to use a restroom we had difficulty finding one close by that was open.

We had just made a 750 mile trip in our 2007 motorhome through farmlands and it was a disaster. No longer. Marcus is super kind and detail oriented and squeezed us in. He spent 3-hours hand washing our coach and used only the finest soaps and deionized water to prevent spotting. We can't believe the result! Thanks so much Marcus for getting us in.
