We had a complete throttle body failure in our Ford e450 moto home. Thankfully it was 3/10 of a mile from JDs. They got us in, ordered the part, and came in on their Saturday off to do the repair. People are trying to help you out by telling you what you're doing wrong. You respond by calling them names. May I suggest that you respond by saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" and then present your side of the story. You called me an idiot and lied when you said you don't do just oil changes. Well maybe you don't do just oil changes. You sabotage peoples vehicles while they are in for just an oil change. You loosened my fuel lines and I wouldn't have thought nothing of it had you only loosened one because I would've just thought that it happens (really it doesn't) But you loosened four lines and they all started leaking after I got my oil change at your shop. On top of that you left the oil filter loose. Great job IDIOTS. So you remember who I am I was there at 9:00 AM on the morning that you were putting the new lift in. You're probably still working on that so for your own good please tighten the bolts a lot better than you tightened my oil filter. IDIOT read more

Do not use this place of business. He worked on our truck when we were in Yellowstone putting in a fuel pump. The fuel pump was faulty so we returned it. He purchased another one and installed it. We had issues coming home. We took the truck to our mechanic and it was another faulty fuel pump. Our mechanic fixed the truck. We contacted Joe at JD Automotaive and we mailed the fuel pump back to him and he was going to have it checked out. He has now told us it was good. He has refused to return it to us and he is very nasty to deal with. read more
