During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon.

So if you're looking to get rid of or accentuate your unibrow, they can help with that. If you're new, ask for a punch card and bring it with you on your visits. After a few visits you can redeem for a free brow threading. Cash, credit card and contactless pay are supported here. I'm unsure if there is a restroom open to customers, I've never been there that long that I needed it. I would return here for threading services.
