I was charged for roughly 300 grams of albizia bark $30. I should have went with my instinct and went over to flushing and dealt with NYTRT. (Tong ren tang) they are selling the same bark a pound for 11$ I could have gotten 3 pounds of mimosa albizia bark -I didn't even close to a pound yet triple the price 30$ they weigh it and say gram wise & make it sound like a good deal 50g for 5. You can get the same at NYTRT for 2.50. I won't be back and I read multiple comments because of the social media visibility they have started to take advantage of people and that is 100% fact. I would of just ordered it online myself but figured I'd go directly to the source since I had seen such good reviews of the owner (btw he was not there when I went) they also tried to sell me a tiny bag of ginseng for 50$ I immediately was like absolutely not. Sad to see such a "great" place turn greedy when people truly could benefit from using Chinese medicinal herbs. I have ordered from this store online several times before using the same credit card and everything was great, the product was good and secure delivery. This time I also ordered it like every time, but I didn't get an order status email after couple days. I had to reach out by email just so for them to tell me their 3rd party system flagged my credit card as fraud and I need to call my bank. I called my bank and they said nothing was wrong and they approved the transaction. I decided to call new green with the number attached in the email but no one picked up no matter how many times I called. I emailed back and said my bank had no problem with the transaction then why couldn't I get my order fulfilled. They just emailed back and said they canceled my order because I used a credit card instead of PayPal. They prefer PayPal. When I checked out on their website, it has many payment options include PayPal, credit cards, and others, so I did credit card. If they don't do credit cards, they should take that option away so customers don't apply them. They will not email you about your order is not being processing, you will have to email them to request an order update. If you use a credit card, and not PayPal, it will get canceled. Their customer service is very lack and they don't care about your frustration. Do not order from here unless you want to waste your time emailing back and forth about your orders.

I guess you don't have to sell too much weight in sea cucumber to run a very successful business. And, it's all legal! So, we hoofed the four blocks to the nearest TD Bank to withdraw the amount needed with our debit card, and walked back to the tiny shop to purchase what we needed. Didn't enjoy hauling the shopping sack around Flushing until we made it back to the car parked in the basement garage of the New World Mall. But, we did it and after spending a lot more for a few delicacies in J Mart, we loaded it all in the trunk and headed out for the return drive to Bucks County. But, that is another torturous story.
