This was my first time coming here and only my second time ever getting lash extensions, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I originally wanted an anime lash set, but they explained that it doesn't last as long and recommended a different style instead. Even though it wasn't what I came in for, my lashes still turned out really pretty! The ladies were very kind, the salon was clean, and the application was comfortable. They even gave us a little free gift at the end, which was such a nice surprise. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I went in for a lash lift hoping for a natural, lifted look, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. My lashes came out looking crimped instead of softly curled and natural. The end result looks overprocessed rather than lifted. I was really excited to try this service, but it did not turn out the way I expected. This was the most horrible lash experience I ever had,. A technician by the name Maggie did my lashes and it was the day before my 60th birthday. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and when she was done, and I opened my eyes, I couldn't believe what I saw the corner of my eye was glued. I had a lash hanging on the corner and the Lashes. It looked like it was a joke. The lashes were glued with big clumps of glue. It was horrible. Another girl there had to try to help her fix them so that I could have my birthday party the next day they wanted me to come back the next day to have to take them off and redo them, but my party was the next day. I just called to report. I asked to speak to the owner. I guess her name is Aaron and Reese said that oh I'm sorry honey. I'll have her call you. She's on vacation and will not be back till June. Please do not never use that technician Maggie. She's awful. read more

So Becky is on vacation & I discovered Cindy in her absence. AMAZING! She is also so patient, she gave me exactly what I wanted. She does my lashes like they're her own, very rarely do you come across any beauty location with two great stylists. But I had to give her a shout out too I love love love my lashes. There's a sign that says first-time customers get special pricing, but all three of us were charged the regular rate. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid what was asked, but it felt misleading to advertise a discount that apparently doesn't apply to all new customers. The location itself is convenient with plenty of parking, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a nice spot, but I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

this place is wonderful, quick, and very accommodating to what I wanted. I got my lashes done at another place and my eyes were red for days. But at irene, I never have red or burning eyes afterwards, so they have wonderful technique. I had asked for a very natural look the first time I came here, but I thought it was a little too light (but that was my fault because I'm still new to lashes) so I had requested to come back the next day to add more to create a fuller look and they had no problem doing it.
