This was 2nd time going and I am so so happy I found this place!!! Although a small, it was very tidy and luxe inside. Tracy who I thought was Jaycee is such a delight and beyond talented on her nail art. Always request her when I get my nails done. I've tried a few of the others in the shop when she's unavailable but by far she exceeds my expectations. She is such a sweetheart and makes my experience all the better. OMG, the girl call Amy, she didn't check the water temperature, ask me to soak into the water. It's burning out of my foot . I couldn't breathe for a few minutes. I asked Amy have she checked the temperature before she let me soaked in? Her answer is very uncomfortable: I only turn on the water in the middle temperature, I didn't turn on the hot water. Which means..... she didn't check and assumed that was the warm water. I'm so upset for my first experience here. read more

My go-to salon!! The techs care about you and your nails. I've been here multiple times for gel/gel X sets, pedicures, and the high quality service has never wavered. It can get busy, but I've never waited more than 10mins when I have an appointment. The salon is clean & it always feels cozy. Definitely my favorite in the area read more

I haven't had one bad experience here. And I have been with multiple nail techs. They are always accommodating to my schedule and treat my little kids really well. Because I usually have them with me. Always very kind and so far my favorite nail salon I have literally ever been to. **THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS NEW MANAGEMENT!!** And I love them! They are so sweet and do such a good job with great customer service too! I personally don't get my nails done, but I have seen the end product of Glamour Nails & Spa they are amazing!! I've seen what the other ladies there can do too and they do any amazing job, but I've especially personally seen the work that Amy does and if I could do what she does, I'd want to open up a shop and do it myself too! I don't know what it was like before, but they do a good job keeping everything clean and sanitary and they definitely make sure that you leave happy and satisfied. read more

I highly recommend Glamour Nails & Spa to everyone! I get my nails done every three weeks and am always happy with my services. First off, all the nail techs are so talented. I love that they do a variety of services. I personally do the hard gel, but they offer dip, Gel X, and more. The spa is very clean, and there's complementary snacks and drinks. They're open seven days a week which is nice. Book your appointment, you won't be disappointed! read more

Finally a clean quality shop in Norco! I have visited others in the area but I'm so happy I checked this one out. Amy is extremely skilled and gave me the most beautiful nails and shape. I showed her a pic of a design and she killed it. They have amazing service and offer drinks and extra services like hand masks. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. Tried so hard to give Glamour a chance since I've been going here for the convenience of location for years. It recently got new management and the manager is amazing, does a great job along with the other girls there. However, I came in yesterday for an acrylic fill and chose a light pink color. Instead of doing gel color, the guy who performed my service gooped on about 5 layers of acrylic making the nail extremely thick. He didn't clean up the underneath and I didn't realize until I got home that there was acrylic power in clumps underneath the nail. I also asked him throughout the service if I could do chrome on top and he finally gets done curing my clear coat and says "ok all done!" I reminded him I was looking to get chrome added on top and he said "well they look better without anyways." lol. I've gone to that guy a handful of times and I am never happy with my service. Unfortunately will not be coming back anymore as I feel there are better salon's with more intentional techs at a lower price in the area. read more

Love this place, it's my new favorite nail salon. Have been getting gel x here for the past several months and every time I always walk out loving my nails! I bring inspo pics and they come out looking amazing. My friend gets her nails done here too and she lets her tech pick out the color and designs which come out super cool and cute too. Very clean, and welcoming. They are always accommodating too with same day appointments. I usually only treat myself to a luxury pedicure every few months. So it's important that it's a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was a last-minute walk-in and Glamour Nails was able to get me in right away. I did the stress relief gel pedicure with Hannah. Found this gem on yelp as I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. The yelp reviews definitely did not disappoint. Tom did such an amazing job with my manicure gel builder nails. They look natural. Not thick at all. The quality of the polish is great. As for my pedicure, OMG. Jay did such an amazing job. I left calling him the foot doctor. I had a nail that broke earlier this week and the ingrown was killing me. Well after Jay removed it I felt so much relief. The customer service was amazing the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by Amy the owner and Instantly offered a water. They even stayed after hours to accommodate my pedicure as I had only made an appointment for manicure but after I seen the great job I asked if they can do my pedicure as well. I’m a proud mom to two lovely daughters, ages 7 and 4 months, and I’ve been passionate about nail design for the past 10 years. I’m thrilled to share that I’m the new owner of Glamour Nails and spa! When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. I had such a great experience at Glamour Nail & Spa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, well-kept, and inviting. That alone made me feel comfortable right away. I absolutely loved how my nails and pedicure turned out, everything was done with care and attention to detail. The massage during the pedicure was spot on and super relaxing, exactly what I needed. Diva Nails was one of the only places that had an opening last minute. First, to remove my gel mani they had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone that was very obviously being used over and over again. They did not open a new pack of sterilized nail tools. The file and clippers were already sitting out on their little roller cart and looked very used up. After the tech used the clippers for my toes he passed it over to the tech doing my nails so that she could clip my finger nails. The guy then used an old beat up nail brush on my toes scrubbing so hard, it was painful. Even the pumice scrubber looked used. I was mortified as I sat there letting them give me this mani/pedi. I was the only one there and I didn't want to make a fuss. Now I just want to warn everyone that this is not the place to go. Super unsanitary and very mediocre work. It does not seem like they even have real training if I am being completely honest. When I first arrived they were friendly but shortly after they seemed annoyed at my existence.

I came here to get my toes done before my wedding because of all the great reviews, but I was very…read moredisappointed. I'm a nail tech myself, so this was a treat for a special occasion. I don't like to hover when someone is doing their job so I asked for the pedicure with a 10 minute massage, my nails to be cut as short as possible, and a very square edge. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of those things. I always found it unnecessary when they show you the timer for your massage time, but now I understand why it was needed because the massage was at most five minutes. My nails were left at different lengths with very uneven filing. At the end of my service I asked the tech to fix my big toe where some of the gel polish had pooled by the cuticle and she tried with a hand file and I believe the only way to fix it was with an e-file to get it level again. I normally wouldn't give a review, but there was a notable difference in how their regular customers were treated and how I was treated as a first time customer. I waited for about 15 minutes before they could see me and throughout the duration of my service was not offered water or a snack (as advertised on their Yelp), but as soon as a regular came in they were offered a soda. Overall, I was left with a very bad first impression of this salon and will not return. I will give them credit though for using all new files and callous scrubbers, I know some places try to reuse those.
