Usually come here for a pedicure and decided to splurge and get a manicure. My original choice was dip powder, somehow the tech convinced me to get acrylic and gel, supposedly it "lasts longer." After the end result I wish I would of stuck to my original choice and just gone with the dip powder. The photos attached to my review are even after he corrected an issue with the chrome. I left and came back and noticed there was an issue with some nails, some had weird dark spots in certain lighting. When I sat in the chair to correct the chrome issue, I informed him the I also thought the nails were too thick. (He knew from the beginning I was not going to add length) he simply replied "your nail is too short." They were the same length when we started... as a nail tech he should of known maybe the acrylic would of been an issue. Mind you, I already mentioned to him I was unhappy about the thickness... to correct the issue what does he do..... add more thickness... another layer of gel polish, clear coat, chrome and then another clear coat. I understand he was working on another client, but if he would of said can you come back later and I'll fix it, I would have. The more I look at this set, the more upsetting it is... $70 wasted... I came in to fix a bad nail job that had done at this place which I had glue underneath my nails, causing everything to get stuck. Taylor helped remove them after one week and offered to redo my nails using gel builder and I'm so glad he did! He did an amazing job, took his time, and even educated me on techniques to make my nails last longer. He was truly my nail hero. I've been here multiple times...I went yesterday to get a mani and pedi. It was the first time I tried the dipping powder here. I had high hopes as the reviews stated the dipping powder was great here. Maybe it was the person I got...I didn't catch his name...Vietnamese; he has dyed dirty blond on top and wears glasses. Well...he was absolutely sloppy! He didn't even soak my fingers in water to clean them off. He buffed and shaped my nails and left all the nail dust all over my hands and proceeded to coat my nails dust and all on my nails! He said it would be ok. When the powder dipping process was done,i had color seeping out into my fingers in some of my nails . He hastily wiped off my hands and then just walked off without saying anything. I chose this salon because it's close to my place and have been here three times for gel builder nails. Unfortunately, every time my nails start cracking or the polish chips within just two days. I've had to go back for fixes each time, and while they do accommodate me for quick touch-ups, the technician always seems rushed. One technician even suggested getting a new set instead of a refill, which I tried, but the same issue happened again. I'm not sure if it's the products they use or the technique, but my nails have never cracked this quickly anywhere else even after multiple refills. The part that i do not like are the girls at the front desk. Their vibe is always rude and dismissive. Specifically the girl with the blonde/ pink hair. I came in for a dip manicure ($60), and honestly, I was really disappointed. They didn't clean my cuticles at all, which is something I expect--especially at that price. No hand massage either, which made the experience feel rushed and not relaxing. On top of that, the lady who did my mom's nails had a bad attitude the entire time. Im rating a 4 only because Vivian was able to make my experience here better. I came in yesterday in the evening, asked for a simple brown tip french tip & a white toe pedicure. This was my first time trying this place because I recently moved around the area...I saw good ratings & wanted to try it to have a new place closer to my new home. Let me just say, the person that was given to me, did not do a very good job...I think he rushed my full set & just wanted to be done since it was closer to 6:30pm when he started working on my nails (they close at 7). He even cut my finger while filing down the shape of the nail. Fast forward to today, I noticed my polish on my thumb nail was chipped & falling off (wondering how that's possible after one single day) & noticed it all around my other nails as well. Fast forward to today in the evening, I came in & let the employees know I wasn't very happy with the outcome of the nail & wanted my thumbs fixed....Vivian saved the experience & helped make everything better! She took her time (even tho it was passed closing time) & fixed not only my thumbs but all my nails to make me happy! I appreciate employees who care & want new customers to come back! I've been coming here since they opened. When they first opened it was amazing. The last three times I've come have been awful. One time they didn't give me the scrub I paid for and didn't clean or shape my nails. I emailed them instead of posting a bad review. That email was not responded to. The next time they cut me so bad, I bled so much and my nail bed was still healing for several weeks. This time they cut me AGAIN on my toes and fingers. My toe nails look like I painted them with my non dominant hand and my long finger nail length was filed all the way down and my nails have jagged edges. I think I'm done coming here. read more

This place is very friendly staff and esthetically pleasing decor. I usually am a Walk-in, and understand the wait time, which isn't all that bad since I can use that time to pick the color that I want to try. However, since they've gotten more popular, it is strongly advised to make an appointment. There was once where I waited 45min and decided not to wait any longer though. I still prefer this location because they are more sanitary than other places and actually use liners for the foot basins and fresh tools that are autoclaved. I have treated myself to the Pedi on the Glow and Organic Pedicure All the Way for those times when I've felt absolutely burnt out and too achy to reach my feet. They have a massage chair for you to sit and relax while watching TV or stare off into space while you soak your tired feet for the pedicure. They also have a beverage bar, but I haven't tried that out yet. Of course there are times when I only want the classic quick manicure of gel nails, so I'm happy they offer that service alone for those times. They actually listen and don't ignore my request when I mention no cuticles due to my skin sensitivity. I've had other places where they do it anyway and cause me to have painful hang nails afterwards. Thank you for pleasant visits so far! read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and sadly these last few times haven't been great. I don't know what's going on but I feel like if you don't get the most expensive pedicure or get expensive set of nails they will only do 50%. I just went in 2 weeks ago to the day and my gel nail polish came off my toes and all my nails (acrylics) all came off. My nails haven't been done great either. I went July 21 and I took a pic right after. I will now have to final another salon just not worth the cost I pay. read more

I was going to this shop for about a year until I had gotten matte polish that kept chipping and peeling . I went back 3 times to have it fixed and they ended up drilling them so thin that they were breaking very easily! I left for about 6 months and started going back . I have an acrylic overlay on my really nails . The technician was saying the powder was old on a couple of nails (not broken ) and removed all of the powder. I also showed her the cat eye design that I wanted and she stated she could do it but could not . I get to the register and was charged $88 dollars for a fill and cat eye . I asked why it was so much and she stated I had cat eye , a design ( which I didn't receive) and fixing 2 nails . I should have been told when she removed the powder that I would be charged for "fixing it ". They offered me $5 off which does not compensate for the amount I was overcharged . Very disappointed in my experience. read more

Unfortunately, I'm not a happy customer with the lack of service that was given. I've been coming to this place for a long time and have always been satisfied with my service, never had any issues or complaints whatsoever about anything until recently. I went in last Sunday 11/2, as soon as they opened. I requested a soak off treatment and new gel x set. The tech was a nice lady, but I don't know what went wrong during my time in the chair. I had a simple French tip design request with cat eye, even had the picture out for reference. She didn't tell me that she wasn't able to do it, just asked two other people about the design and came back to the chair and started working. The design wasn't at all like the picture but I didn't complain about it because she was trying her best and I don't like being that person. I paid for my services and tipped her and went on about my day. The very next day I'm getting ready for work and a nail popped off.. the next day two popped off as I'm typing on my computer. I call the shop to ask about their policies on refunds for services that didn't meet my expectations to which they only offered to fix the three nails that fell off. The next day two more nails pop off.. I go back to get them fixed and they ignore everything I'm trying to tell them from the size nails I asked for to the color.. five nails in less than a week fall and at this point I'm not happy at all. As, I've mentioned I've been coming to this place for a very long time and I've never had this happen before, so I called the shop, one more time asking for a refund, which they tell me due to their policy they don't do refunds, they just fix the nails. I was also told that gel x isn't always suitable for every nail type (mind you I've been getting them for years here and my nails stay on until I get a new set sometimes they last a whole month). I only have three nails remaining which are the three that they fixed for me the first time. Needless to say I'm disappointed in the whole experience I don't want to get them fixed anymore, I want my money back respectfully. Sadly the worst experience I've ever had here. read more

I'm a dude and it was my first time going to a nail salon. I've seen many nail salons in my life but this one has to be the cleanest nicest most modern looking one ever. Seriously it's so nice inside. Someone said that the receptionist was unprofessional, I can see why they would say that but being Asian myself sometimes they're just like that. Anyway I opted for the callus removal which was $40. My feet were super dry and cracking so much that my socks would get caught on them when. The lady that did my nails was a pro. She brought out oranges and what appeared to be some kinda cream and I was like cool she's giving me snacks while I get my nails done. Got my toenails cut and when she went got to the callus removal part, it was an eye opening experience. Sooooo much dead skin came off, looked like she was grating Parmesan cheese its was so nasty. Then she took the oranges and cream and rubbed my feet and legs down and man did I feel like a new man. It was a great experience to get my first manicure and I'm glad it was at this place.
