One of the worst pedicures I've ever had and the place wasn't clean. Maybe all the good reviews are for nails?!? My feet were barely exfoliated at all and she hardly touched my cuticles. Then, she put water on my legs with lotion on top for the massage, it felt so gross. This was not a pedicure it was a weird foot wash with painted nails. I started out requesting one of their higher end pedicures with a manicure. Fifteen minutes in I changed it to an express pedicure and no manicure. read more

i have usually always come here to get my nails done (not often) but i was getting married i decided to go get a full set of acrylic nails (usually only get gel nails) and my goodness. i have never had this happen to me at any other nail salon. 2 weeks later causally washing dishes the nail POPPED OFF like a press on nail!! so i decided to see if any others would do the same and to my surprise all 10 nails came off like press on nails. i expect a lot more from this nail salon and it's very disappointing to say the least. read more

Okay, so the real-- I spent 3 hours in this nail spa 2 days ago, which was a first for me. I was getting a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment for 2pm on a Friday. Not busy or packed. I want to start this out by saying that going to the nail spa is a thing I like to do for myself. It's time I get to spend by myself. A date with myself. So I had planned to relax, maybe listen to a podcast in one ear. You know. Chill. ~so it goes~ My pedicure was fine. The technician who helped me was nice but chatty so I didn't get to relax. My manicure was also fine. This is what took 2 hours and I strongly believe it's because the technician didn't feel sure about the design I wanted, but also didn't tell me that so I watched as he figured it out. How do you tell someone who's really trying that you don't like the way they're doing your nails and that you'd rather start over with something more simple? (If you know and do this, please tell me your secrets. This is an area where I have not mastered speaking up for fear of sounding like an asshole.) I would have been cool to pick a different design he felt good about doing, but I didn't get that chance. He also had to switch up the color I originally picked out for a reason completely out of his control, but still bummed me out. Overall, the technicians who helped me were sweet and kind. Services were overpriced for the result. 2 days later: -I have a diagonal big toenail -My manicure is pretty rough close up (cuticles are fraying + nail polish doesn't cover my nail) While I intended for the day at the spa to go a little differently, I know we all have stuff going on and didn't mind being an ear and a guinea pig for the day. But I won't do it again. I spent $85+ here for a gel manicure with design and a pedicure. And no. I won't come here again. read more

(Update from the review that I posted this morning on Google: because of my work I have to wear close toed shoes and my whole 12hr shift was hell because my shoes kept rubbing my cut cuticles. This is the reason I'm doing extra and posting my review on yelp as well but this time I'm including pics so y'all can see what I'm talking about and make your own judgement.) I wasn't going to review this place at all and just not come back but now I have to work a 12hr shift at the hospital and my toe cuticles are stinging from brushing up against my shoes and I'm going to have to deal with this all day! I decided to get my nails done here yesterday since it's been a long time since I visited and I called and was informed I could still come in (it was 6pm.) I was told I have to get a new set because I wanted a new shape so I was fine with that and chose a shellac color because that fit exactly what tone I was looking for. Was told it would be $55 and I said ok. Now I was sent to a male tech for my pedi, I chose the classic which was $28. I had let him know I had shellac on my toes. I've had shellac removal with an electrical tool (don't know the name) but he used a regular nail filer instead. He seemed like he was in a hurry because he briskly filed my toe nails which ended up cutting into my cuticle. I was bleeding and he looked at me and I told him it's ok. He slowed down a bit and I just hoped it wouldn't happen again but it did on my other foot as well. When he applied the acetone on top of my nails my cut cuticles where on fire. At this point I was just looking forward to the 6 min massage. When it came down to the color application, my big toe nail was cracking down the middle and my original nail tech came back and said she could put powder on it and then shellac. The guy nail tech ended up leaving and she took over again. I asked her if he would get upset that she was taking over and she told me he had to leave because he was waiting on someone to come see his AC at his home. Go figure! After everything was done I saw he left his paper slip with her as "John 28" so I'm assuming that was his charge for the pedi. Shortly afterward I see her pull up her paper slip as "Ashley 55 + 15 + 5= $75" She began telling me it was $55 for my nails plus $15 for the shellac on my toe nails and $5 for the little amount of powder on my big toe nail she used. I was shocked. I honestly couldn't believe she'd charge me and not tell me before but I just decided to pay it. $103 for stinging, cut toe cuticles and sharp ended nails. She rushed my nails and didn't file down the under ends like normal so I have to be careful so I won't stab anyone. Definitely don't think I'll be coming back. read more

It was almost overwhelming and nearly impossible to choose a gel color for my pedi.... however, with a lovely friendly welcome and the ease of making a last minute appointment for a pedi i desperately needed, I was able to figure it out without being rushed. Seriously though, this salon has the most variety for gel polish i have ever seen!!! Herbal nails gets great reviews and I was not surprised after me experience . Friendly staff , comparable prices to other salons in the area, great pedicure and very clean. I chose the basic pedicure for $25 and always get gel polish, so the total was $40 before tip. Pedicure was relaxing and Yvonne took her time and was very pleasant and patient. I will definitely be back to check out the SNS for my nails very soon.... I'm very picky and insecure about my hands so I'm very specific how my nails need to be shaped and look.... Tracy has done long acrylics on me, short acrylics, shellac, no nails and endless manicures and ALWAYS has my nails looking amazing without me having to tell her what I want it to be!! This is the only salon I go to. The owner Tracy goes out of her way to make sure to get what you want. She knew my name after my first visit here, ever since then she's the only one I see for my nails. Tracy has opened her salon an hour early for me to come in before. June is great for pedicures, I've never had regular polish not chip on me before she started doing my toes. Since the pandemic they've done everything to protect their employees and their guest. I recommend them to anyone and everyone and no one has had a bad experience here. read more

Did I get the wrong person??? Was excited to try this place with all the great reviews... staff was very friendly and it was clean, but my nails look horrible!! The polish isnt even and has bubbles, the guy asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes, just to even them out, and cut them down to the nub! The ends of my nails aren't smooth, they're jagged and with no shape. I could have done a better job myself (with my left hand) Big disappointment Update: my Shellac started peeling/chipping off within a week. Certainly not going back read more
