I have taken my daughter here a few times before today. Prior to today they have done a nice job. My daughter is 15 y/0 with light hair and skin. She literally came out today looking like she had a black mustache above each eye. They look ridiculous. It is a complete thick line about the width if a pencil lead with no separation possible. On top of that, what I have paid $80-90 dollars for before I was charged $150.00. I tried to call them and they don't answer. Since I had my vacay in Destin, FL coming up I wanted to get my lashes tinted and lifted. One of the downfalls of being a natural redhead is your light blonde (almost invisible) lashes and brows. So I made an appointment at Lovely Lash. This was my first time there. My appointment was at 10:30 in the morning and I didn't leave until after 12:30. So it took longer than I expected. Basically you lay there while the aesthetician performs the procedure. She did the lash lift first and then the tint. The lift definitely took longer. I have sensitive eyes and one of my eyes was extra watery which was NOT ideal for this procedure. I have always had sensitive eyes but was hoping this would work. And it did. But one eye definitely looked better than the other. Not the aeshetician's fault though. My right eye would not cooperate (Thank you allegeries!). I would definitely recommend the lash lift for anyone who does NOT have sensitive eyes/or allergies like I do. But I have to say I'm happy with the results! They definitely were lifted and curled. It's been over 2 weeks since my appointment and my lashes are still lifted. It can last up to 8-10 weeks I believe. After the lash lint, she did the tint on my top lashes. I didn't realize it was extra to do your bottom lashes. It was only $7 more so I opted to do that. I'm sure that's why it took a little longer. I know some people don't do their bottom lashes but I would feel weird with black top lashes and blonde bottom lashes! Naomi is the aesthetician who performed both. I'm pleased with how they turned out. I just wish my eyes weren't so sensitive. The solution for the lash lift did irritate my eyes and made them itchy at first but it wore off. I wish I had taken a before pic but I only got a pic after the lift/tint. Bummer! Like I said, I would definitely recommend the lift for someone who does NOT have eye sensitivity like me. The lift is something I will probably get done again for special occasions. But I think I would like to get my lashes tinted more often. Their prices are very reasonable! WOW WOW WOW Let me start by saying I am beyond please with the service! I actually did not go for my lashes. I went to get a Brazilian so I will be talking about that process. I am normally a "Pretty Kitty" fan but the excessive price kept me from being a regular costumer. As a college student struggling to pay rent, I needed a better alternative and let me tell you, I FOUND IT. Even if Lovely Lash Bar was not more affordable I would still prefer it. At the Lovely Lash Bar, they use hard wax instead of the wax strips. This was the first time I've ever encountered this wax but I was pleasantly surprised. Hard wax is applied directly to the skin and once dry, is pulled off. I did not feel a difference compared to the strip wax. My esthetician Naomi, was great. She was very thorough and took her time with the service. I would much rather have someone who takes their time and pays attention to detail than someone who rushes through the process and is not detail-oriented (which has happened at the Pretty Kitty, despite the outrageous price). This being my first time with this wax, she explained the difference and made me feel at ease. I absolutely loved this place and I will be going back in 4 weeks for my follow up wax. I Had Vicky do my lashes a while back and lovedddd them, even went back for refills with her . But this time I booked last minute the day before my trip out of town I got savannah after laying down for 2 hours & looking in the mirror I was ready to cry . There were no lashes on my eye they were short ,sparse & you couldn't even tell I've gotten them done. I knew things were going wrong when I was laying there. But thank god for Dina she came out as soon as she knew I was having a problem she came out calmed me down & Fixed my lashes! She even stayed later than the time she was suppose to be there to fix my lashes & I appreciate that. I absolutely love Dina! I got my lashes done about 3 weeks ago for the first time with her, I got recommend by a couple of my clients so I decided to give her a try. I'd gotten my lashes done before at Amazing Lash a couple of times but really wasn't satisfied, so of course I was a little nervous about trying out another place specially when it has to do with your eyes. I did not have that problem at Lovely Lash Glam Bar, Dina was great, she was gentle, talkative, and also very attentive. She took her time and I did not feel rushed at all, I got the full volume set which is $200, many people might say that's too much but you get what you pay for, they looked amazing, plus if you mention its your first time you get 15% off, also she has a referral program which is great.
