From the moment I walked in, everything was perfect. The young man at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the woman with him was just as kind and attentive. They made me feel comfortable right away, which set the tone for the entire visit. My massage therapist, Bruce, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, mindful, and really paid attention to what my body needed. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his clients. The spa itself is spotless, seriously one of the cleanest places I've ever been to. Even the sheets smelled freshly cleaned, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and high-quality. I've been to many massage places throughout my life, and nothing compares to this. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Then to top it off she asked for a tip in the end which is fine (great service deserves a tip) so I said sure I'll give you $10. Apparently that wasn't good enough she wanted $20. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes. So I said never mind to the tip and I'm 99.99% sure she called me mean names This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. I ignored reviews because I like to try things on my own but here I am hoping to prevent another massage seeker the disappointment. oh and they didn't even offer me a sip of water after like all the other place
