Rachel, the sound healer, offered a thoughtful overview of what to expect and then invited everyone to share their intentions. It was so special to witness how open and vulnerable people felt about what they're moving through. I absolutely loved the sense of community that was created in the room. The actual experience itself was pretty incredible for me. I brought a blanket, bolster, and they provided an eye mask and another blanket, so I could fully journey inward. During the sound bath, I found myself revisiting a past version of me, crying on a beach, and gently reminding myself, this too shall pass. Not long after, I felt a heaviness lift from my chest as one of Rachel's beautiful instruments moved over my body. The skill, presence, and awareness she brings to working with these healing frequencies is truly remarkable. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful for the experience.
