I'm new to ENT and Dr Boudreaux and I found her and staff of experts knowledgeable, easy to engage…read morewith what is the trouble. Dr Boudreaux explained what the issues appear to be and how to confirm. She then goes over what are the solutions and what's needed to get that outcome. I got calls practically the next days for further tests needed. Took me a while to get their patient portal but there now it works great.

I checked in on this ridiculous germ filled Ipad when I arrived. I watched one by one go in before me after waiting over an hour. There outdated IPad check in is ridiculous. The receptionists are dense and incompetent. They do not have answers to important questions. After speaking with me about my insurance they asked me to sit down. After 30 minutes I went back up to the window and asked her if she had the information she needs and she responded "yes". I said, okay were you going to tell me? Why wouldn't she communicate that to me? I would have been sitting there for a hour or longer if I didn't say something. Then some assistant with pink and blue hair (unprofessional) said to me there are only 2 doctors here. It's busy and you will have to wait. What the hell! What receptionists say that to a patient in a doctors office. I've never been treated this horrible way at any physicians establishment. Cecola was fine. The office up front and the blue/pink/grey hair assistant were so rude and unprofessional. I will not return. +++++++++++++++++++++++++

While I knew the lab was across the street from Main Campus, I did make one wrong turn before I found where I was supposed to go. They could really use numbers on the buildings to help navigate people. There was only a half dozen people in the waiting area in a huge space that could easily hold hundreds. I checked in at the main desk with two friendly, kind and communicative women. All of my check ins with receptionists have all been positive, and informative/helpful. I completed my urinalysis collection on site and waited to be called. I turned in all my DIY tests and sat to have my blood drawn. I verified my information about a hundred times, but it also helped distract me from the needle. No one likes needles, really. I had 5 vials taken and when she was wrapping up my arm she chose a teal tape to match my shirt. On the previous Monday, the phlebotomist picked pink to also match my shirt. It's the little things that go a long way to make us feel human, rather than a number. Again, I was in and out in no time and felt that I was on the right path to taking care of my own health.
