Would not take my car there. I tested the place out with my commuter (beater) car before taking my other nicer car there. I can tell you that they put plenty of scratches in the paint. The mitts that they hand wash with must never get cleaned. It looks like they used sandpaper to hand wash my car. Luckily I tested out the place with a car that I dont care about. I love going to Herbie's to get my car washed. It is nice that I can use a credit card to pay for my purchase, as I never carry cash anymore. Everything is automated with voice prompts, so I know exactly what I am supposed to do when I drive in. I also like the fact that they towel dry my car so there are no spots. Definately worth the money. Has great customer service! read more

Nice place for the price. The only problem is they would use towel wipe your car during foam spray. So if your car is covered by hard particles like sand, they may damage your paint. But overall, good place. If your car is really dirty, find real pro to deal with it. read more

I usually dont write reviews but I am upset.. Prior to driving to the car wash, I read numerous reviews bragging about the amazing results but I was disappointed. I paid for the works but my car still came out not as expected. My car had salt everywhere from the prior day and I expected it to be gone post my wash.. well that didn't happen it still had numerous areas that remained dirty.. tires were not even scrubbed properly... those using the mitts to shampoo my car prior to wash did a horrible rushed job. Ruined my truck...over 600 dollars in damage on my brand new truck..sign says touchless wash..far from that they used a dirty sponge mitt that never gets washed or rinsed out...no lie this is horrible what they did the manager was rude and called me a names i was almost in tears...the owner was just as rude...this is so wrong what happened to me..my name is warren mcmaster ..watch the video for yourselfs..go on my facebook and watch ...please.... read more

Turned in on my way down to the cape after seeing he Yell reviews. Herbie's did not disappoint! I bought the works and tipped $4. The touch less machines were top notch and I had a crew of 5 people doing the wheels before the wash and then wiping my SUV down after. 6 STARS read more

I've been here a few times and always had a good experience. The last time I went, though, was after-hours (when the guys weren't there to hand wash and dry the car in addition to the machine) and it was just the machine washing my car. The next morning when it was light out, I noticed all kinds of dried soap and what looked like wax all over the car- the machine had done a horrible job on my car. I took it back that day with my receipt and the manager apologized and re-washed my car for free. I was really pleased with the experience and will definitely keep taking my car there. And they have the 24 hour no rain/snow guarantee (they will re-wash your car if you have your receipt verifying you had been there in the last 24 hours if it rains/snows on your car after washing it). HORRIBLE!!! I went there to get the salt and dust off my truck, it looked no better coming out than it did going in!!! It was like taking the garden hose and just running it over the truck. Waste of $18 bucks!! read more

I agree with the other yelpers re: the quality of the wash but I have a real issue with their "rain guarantee". The guarantee is a free wash if it rains within 24 hours of your wash. What they don't tell you is you must cash in the guarantee within 48 hours. Tough luck if it's still raining/snowing during that time and they're not open - guarantee is gone. Offering the guarantee but then making it impossible to collect on it is unscrupulous at best. I won't be back. read more

the wash of 22 does not put everything that the menu designs when it puts you the triple foom polish you have to spill it first of water and then put on the wax the work of the people who work there is what is worth it because without them car wash does not work read more

Although this service has a decent touch-less car wash facility and reasonable prices, some of the employees are quite rude and unprofessional. During my last visit they warned me not to use my own rim cleaning spray for pre-cleaning, and latter they even dared to physically confront me as I try to use their unattended brush in an effort to further clean the rims of my car since they hasty and carelessly cleaned those prior to auto-washing process. Whilst one of the employees argued that they do not have to clean the rims since the price does not cover cleaning of those, it was a contradiction that they were hasty cleaning the rims. Bottomline, they seem as if they do not care customer satisfaction at all, and they see customers only as a money source. It appears that they spoiled due to constant streamline of the customers into their service in lieu of other competitive car wash services in this neighborhood. If you have a car with a disc-brake system (as most of the newest models equipped with) that normally create a lot of brake pad dust, this car wash service is NOT suitable for you. read more
