I took it as a joke but learned my lesson the hard way. Staying warm, not using cold water to wash hands, not drinking or eating cold stuff, staying away from using the AC for a few months. Because supposedly after you have a baby all your bones are cracked wide open and vulnerable to cold stuff to get in, trapped, and make you suffer later.) My body was in a very horrible condition even 1-2 years after childbirth. Just a little spoon of ice cream or any cold food brought about a headache almost instantaneously and overall bad feeling, there was no more ice cold smoothies, bapbimsoo, ice coffee, none of that! I drank hot Americanos even on the hottest days, steam coming out of my head and sweat dripping down my temples.
