I placed and order for a supplement and the website indicated the product would ship in 3-5 days. There was no communication and the tracking feature did not work no matter how often it was updated; it never moved. My first phone calls went unanswered when I followed the phone prompts. It took more than 4 more tries on the order line to reach someone. Only then was I told the product was 'Lost, damaged " and did I want a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and was told it would appear in -2-3 days. It is now a week later and no refund. More calls to the company resulted in no answer until I tried the 'order' prompt. I placed an order with Herb's Pro (https://www.herbspro.com/) on 4/26/22, I contacted them on 5/1 asking the status of my order as no tracking number had been issued; a representative told me on 5/2 that it will ship in 1-2 business days, asked if I wanted to cancel the order as I stated I'm moving on from my current location on 5/11. I told him (same day 5/2) that if he felt the order would arrive by the 11th, I was fine with it. I rec'd another email same day indicating it would take 7-10 days to arrive, I replied (again on the 2nd) to cancel the order if that was the case. On may 3, I rec'd notice they were to send part of the shipment on 5/4 and I would receive it by 5/11. I ended up staying a few days longer, leaving the morning of the 16th. I left word with the office to refuse the package & return it to sender. THEY made the decision to ship knowing my timeline, THEY chose a lousy shipper, THEY are holding my money until they receive the merchandise back - which I have NO control over. Online buyers be warned! My experience with this company would suggest it is a friendly but not a competent company. I have made three purchases totaling about $100, and none of the orders received were accurate. Apparently, my items desired are now out of stock everywhere, though still showing IN STOCK on HerbsPro. (I am ordering multiples of a pill dispensing box of specific brand, size and color.) First order, I received the wrong items, even after talking to someone on the phone, who kindly checked inventory and ensured me that they had the correct items (personally checking and verifying the item ID number was in stock as well as color.) I still received wrong items... both size and color. Calling again to correct the order and reorder, I found connecting to a person was almost impossible and took a LOT of time on my part. Also went through Chats, which were not effective. Finally reached a sales rep, and I asked to exchange my incorrect order, and phone support told me to order the item again and they would credit me (no return necessary). After a second charge and no credit, the next order had exactly the same issues! I attempted a third time, now more desperate for these items. After being reassured from a phone rep that the items were available, I stupidly bought this same order again, figuring I would settle this up once I receive the needed items. I received, yet again, a smaller, less expensive version of the wrong color that is useless to me. I cannot reach customer service now - phone, chat, or email. Phone hold goes for a half hour, then hangs up. Over and over. I tried calling for several days, on autodial, but didn't get a human. Chat is useless. Completely inadequate I absolutely understand and respect that due to the lockdown we're under very special circumstances. What I don't respect is deceptive information on HerbsPro site that doesn't indicate that something's completely out of stock and on the contrary you're encouraged to make a purchase. It should clearly state "out of stock" or "unavailable until...". The customer service is non existent. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls I talked to a rep that was obviously outsourced (Philippines I think) and not very eloquent, polite or helpful. I asked him for a refund on April 15 after waiting for weeks.
