Calgroves equipment is properly maintained and cared for. Service: The employees here are all very nice, extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. On the rare occasions where I did have a problem, they took care of it immediately, and even offered to reduce my rental rate. These guys GET IT. The driver never called, then ignored instructions and dumped the container on my driveway, leaving visible damage. When I called the office, I was first met with denials, until the driver himself admitted the container caused the damage. Even after that, the response was slow and dismissive, with no real plan to make it right. I had to chase them for basic accountability. Bottom line: Poor communication, disregard for customer instructions, property damage, and a frustrating runaround afterward. If you value your property and time, look elsewhere or get everything in writing with photos/video before they arrive.
