I rarely leave negative reviews, but today's experience deserves a warning to others. I scheduled a 40-yard container with clear instructions (confirmed with Melissa) to drop on the street in front of the mailbox--not on my driveway--and to call before arrival. The driver never called, then ignored instructions and dumped the container on my driveway, leaving visible damage. When I called the office, I was first met with denials, until the driver himself admitted the container caused the damage. Even after that, the response was slow and dismissive, with no real plan to make it right. I had to chase them for basic accountability. Bottom line: Poor communication, disregard for customer instructions, property damage, and a frustrating runaround afterward. If you value your property and time, look elsewhere or get everything in writing with photos/video before they arrive. If I was to give them a rating it would be a 0 they are a small company that manipulates the system . They charged my credit card without my consent for an additional bin that someone else ordered . I never called nor authorized a second transaction. I called them and tried to resolve the matter with them and they were very rude and unwilling to help me out . Rented a dumpster from "365 Disposal and Recycling". After they picked it up, they charged me another $77.60 over and above the agreed amount, claiming it exceeded the weight limit. As a consumer, I do not know what the weight should be and do not have a big enough scale to be able to weigh a dumpster weighting over a few Tons. I followed all their guidelines and placed only house hold items (no dirt/concrete/appliances) and mailnly disposed of wood fencing and did not go over the rim of the dumpster. This is how 365 DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING rips off their customers. I bet they are doing it with a lot of their customers. Please comment if you have also been a victim. horrible experience . Could not believe how rude and un- professional the women at this company are. We rented a bin for $425 good for 7 days . After the 3rd day the bin was full and I called for it to get picked up. I figured the sooner they get their bin back they can re rent it and also more importantly it is BLOCKING our view as we have to back out of our drive way . I was told They would take it .The end of next day bin not removed. I called and this time I was told to wait until 7 day is over. So, On the 8th day I called and was told that they are running late . Then the woman started arguing with me and something about " if I prefer to get a full refund and the company leave the dirt and concrete in the bin on the side of the rd. by my house. Called around for dumpster rental pricing and was quoted way too high ($175) elsewhere and they also had to put me in a queue and couldnt say how long until it would get here.. I called 365 Disposal & Recycling and they had a $98 summer special (no hidden fees or taxes) I asked if I could get one today, she checked with her drivers and dispatch and had one to me in 15 minutes! Joel was very nice as well. Wish I had cash for a tip, send Joel to pick it up or us so we can tip! You guys saved us a good amount of money and that's important these days. This company was hired by my neighbor and when they came to pick up the dirt the driver of truck #560799 or #360799 drove accross my driveway and cause damage to my property. The driver in a very confrontational manner simply said: "HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR THAT?" Referring to the items he had damaged. I have tried to communicate with the company, but they have refused to speak with me. I sent emails but they have refused to acknowledge. I will follow up with the BBB and with consumer affairs. Very disappointed. They wasted our entire day! First, they were hours late, then despite our telling Melissa in our first call the exact dimensions of our large items that needed removal, they showed up with not enough movers and a tiny dolly that would never be able to remove our items! I was going to go with the City of BB but too much paperwork and waiting and it was $30 more than 365.
