Premium's maintenance team was able to diagnose the problem in a few hours and get my tractor working again at a very reasonable price. Their team is professional, competent and Customer service focused. While my tractor was being repaired, I visited Premier's maintenance facility. I saw all makes of tractors, fork lifts and other heavy equipment being worked on. They also have full up fabrication shop. These guys are serious.

They said to just bypass it (which removes the safety mechanism). At the end of the job, I asked for some credit for the broken component, which was attached to a metal cart that cost a whopping $80/day. I emailed and called multiple times and just got the run around. No credit, no response. Interesting too because the other review written here mentions getting a generous credit. I was told that giving credit was above their pay grade. Total cost at the end of 3-days was over $700 -- and we picked it up and returned it ourselves. Pricing seems exorbitant, but if nobody else has the equipment that you need, this may be your only option. Seems like a hunk of metal that can't really fail (except for the switch) plus the machine and some other component that I was charged the daily rate for could be a little more reasonable.

Calgroves equipment is properly maintained and cared for. Service: The employees here are all very nice, extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. On the rare occasions where I did have a problem, they took care of it immediately, and even offered to reduce my rental rate. These guys GET IT. Service was very fast and he was able to first disassemble both watches to confirm that their internal pieces were working (as they were both older) prior to charging me for any battery swaps and alterations which felt both very honest and like great service.
