Savage Mill is one of those adorable places that's worth a visit just to explore the buildings…read more There are several smaller parking lots, and if those are full, the big lot on the back of the mill is accurately named. It's big and the walk down is easy. Savage Mill is a former mill that's been converted and has various small businesses, restaurants, hands on activities, offices, a large booth style antique store, and various other options. There's even a fencing club. The interior of Savage Mill is lovely with the shops portion being two floors and it has a modern wood grain look. As you get further into the mill buildings, they have more offices and it can get confusing due to the number of floors and hallways with nothing but doors. The booth style antique store named Antique Center at Historic Savage Mill was a pleasant surprise in the basement. It has a good mix of high- and low-end booths with things from comic books to vintage plates. Is Savage Mill with coming out of your way to visit? Absolutely. This was one of the biggest and most pleasant surprises during my visit to the area, and I'd recommend it to others. Just make sure to budget enough time for a visit.

The antique mall is the perfect all-day adventure. Coffee shops, sweet treats, dive bars, winery, fencing studios, outdoor adventure park, cosmetic enhancement suites, $5 thrift shops, salon suites, tattoo shops, a huge antique shop and more make this mall a delicacy. There's something for everyone and you can truly spend the entire day here. Some of my favorite shops include More Than Java, Skinsational Scents and Boyd Cru Wines. The mall hosts events often. Check out their website for more details. Parking: there's TWO parking lots. Little Lot and Big Lot. You make a left as you exit Little Lot and go all the way the street to the end. I hope you enjoy!

I purchased it over twenty years ago and have loved it ever since. I have an interior design business and I believe that carefully curated furnishings, decor, and artwork with history and character help make a house more of a beautiful home. Objects Found is where I have enjoyed hunting and gathering so many unique and lovely, vintage finds for myself and my client's' homes over the years. Every one you encounter there is so welcoming and helpful. When customer service is a rarity these days, the shopping experience at Objects Found is truly appreciated. Reggie operates two sister stores as well - Objects Found in Arbutus and the Artful Flea (right around the corner on Winters Lane). All true gems in our Catonsville community!

So I decided to turn around on a random street and there she was: a small building with various inviting pieces laid out around the entryway in the parking lot. Garden objects on a Sunny early spring day - It was like a magnet to me! Inside I found heaps of gorgeous home furnishings, fine china, vintage wares, tools, art, trinkets and some clothing too. I could spend hours in there simply exploring. I didn't even get to focus on the jewelry in cases at the front desk, but there's always next time. The space was bigger than I realized once inside and they make great use of the space. I couldn't imagine nicer people than the two ladies who checked us out. Definitely check it!

I contacted him after getting into my first accident - which was not my fault - about inspecting my car and evaluating the diminished value. From our first call he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure I was well informed of the process and potential outcomes. In fact, he encouraged me to hold off on scheduling an inspection and appraisal until after I received my initial offer from the insurance company (GEICO) in the event they met me with a fair price. Unfortunately, they came in lower than anticipated, so Mike and I quickly arranged for an inspection and appraisal. The inspection was quick and easy, and the report we received (over 40 pages in length) was incredibly thorough and well-articulated. I submitted the report to GEICO requesting the full amount Mike appraised the diminished value for. Unfortunately for me, there was a bit of back-and-forth with GEICO not wanting to pay the full amount requested, and I ultimately prepared to sue in small claims court. However, when push really came to shove, Mike's report won out and GEICO agreed to settle for the entire diminished value requested. While the process with the insurance company was frustrating (as one would imagine), Mike was honest, transparent, and willing to testify if the claim went to court. If not for his services, I could have lost out on an additional $1,200 from the initial offer received from GEICO. Thank you, Mike!
