I contacted the county assessment agency and was told the house was being assessed for having an additional floor of living space. We explained that the information in their system was incorrect. We were then told we would have to schedule a hearing and provide proof that our house had been appraised incorrectly by the county. Specifically, we would need to have our house reappraised and the appraisal documents must be submitted before the hearing scheduled 3 weeks later. I was referred to Mr. Henry by a trusted family friend. Mr. Henry was able to come out the following week and provide a very thorough and professional appraisal of the property.
