After getting the gun back I called Para and reported the cycling problem to them. I was sent a return box; postage paid and sent the gun to Para for their EXPERTS to look at the gun. They contacted me after just a few days and told me that the PROBLEM WAS OBVIOUS, the frame was bent, and a new gun was sent me by Para to replace the broken one. Now that is customer service. P.S.
