Which I did not . Some how another company has my "Lease" there saying I owe 4K on a 1500$ gun that I have been paying 158$ a month since November. So my gun should be about pause off. Imagine the shock when I call the company that's been charging "thinking it was Credova" when it wasn't and they tell me I still owe 4K. I called the company and they will know about it and will not take it off of their preferred payment methods. I think the owners know and they get a cut. Needless to say I willl be going to court. Only certain chokes would fit. Returned the gun for repair; 9 months later, it returned with USED, incorrect barrels (3" chamber vs. 3 1/2"). It returned back today (11/01/2025-6 months later) with incorrect barrels (again). My stock and receiver were also damaged and filthy. They have had my shotgun for 20 months total. They absolutely suck.

However, I just had them Cerakote a 1911 in a single color, and when I picked it up, I was shocked at the poor quality for the finish. The coating was obviously added too thickly and "pooled" on the edge of the slide and frame. When I raised this issue with the guy at the counter, he told me I could have it redone, but that I'd have to pay for that. When I complained about the job, he got hostile and told me to take the gun somewhere else if I'm not happy. So I'm out $200 and have to have this redone by someone who actually knows what they're doing. I've learned my lesson, I'm never using the Gunsmith at Sportsman's Warehouse again.

The employees here were very professional, very knowledgeable, and did not rush anyone or gave them any kind of attitude during a high stress time. I believe that this is normal practice for them because every employee was giving the best service they could to every customer that came through the door no matter what they were in for. On my first visit I was looking for a IWB holster that unfortunately was out of stock. The employee let me know of my options even if it meant taking my business somewhere else because he wanted me to make sure I got what I wanted. On my second visit a couple days later, I came in to purchase a firearm that I had came across online. The employee was willing to educate me on anything I needed to know about the gun. He was also very thorough and professional with the paperwork process. The price was also the lowest in the valley compared to people like Sportsman's, Dick's, Scheels, and Cabela's. I will absolutely return here first for any gun or ammo need, and I'll definitely refer anyone else to them.

The staff answered all my questions and helped me find a good balance between what I thought was cool and the uses I had for the weapon. They guided me through the process and then set me up with a lane in the shooting range so I could familiarize myself with what I had bought. I've bought another gun since then and had another exceptional experience with another member of the qualified and professional staff.
