I originally bought a generic speed loader online and it broke almost immediately. I stopped by Tactical Airsoft and ended up having a great experience. I talked with multiple people on the staff, and every one of them was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the right gear. They set me up with a much better speed loader (the Autobot), walked me through how to use it properly, and made sure everything worked before I left. The best part? The price was actually slightly cheaper in-store than what I found online, which was a great bonus on top of the excellent service. Side note: They had the exact same mask I had just bought online... for $15 cheaper in-store. If you're in the SLC area, check Tactical Airsoft before ordering online. We walk in the store and the man working goes do you have a mask if you don't you can leave. I ask for a Mask they say it will be $13. We buy the mask then we walk over to the table to buy a gun and we are looking at the guns and they say you can not touch them witch we were not. Keep in mind it's a FAKE gun. We told them we did not touch the guns and he says if you are going to have an attitude you can leave. I say we have not done anything wrong and you are the one with an attitude. He says I am going to refuse service and you can leave and come back tomorrow and try again tomorrow. The man was very unpleasant and unprofessional and really a bitch. I found myself in the salt lake city store yesterday. With limited funds. After browsing around, and getting help everywhere I went (but definitely not annoying) i stumbled over to the BDUs section, found some A-TACS bdu's for about 100 bucks all together. I wanted em, they had em. Not only did they have em, but they had em for a killer price. So let me reiterate...I wanted em. I walked up to ajax (of ajax customs...also from the old testament.) and asked him what kinda deal he could throw me. No haggling, no B.S. he says 80 bucks and tax. I go to TAS because they sell only quality airsoft equipment, they back up their products and they true blue love the game. They arent open saturdays because theyre too busy playing the game. That shows me they care about the community. Also they hooked it up fat with the BDU's and all I can say is thanks.
