Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

I'd already gotten three estimates, but I decided to call anyway. I'm so glad I did!! He returned my call immediately and made an appointment for the very next day. My home is small, but there are a ton of odd roofing angles and strange pitches that were not handled well in the past. He pointed out all the weak spots (most of which I was already aware!), making sure every issue was addressed and answering all of my questions. He went up on the roof, took pictures so we could see exactly what the problem was and gave us a quote. We had had water coming through the master bedroom ceiling and laundry mudroom area below. Rain was forecasted for the upcoming weekend and it was Thursday. They called later that day and said they'd be there 7:30 am- which they were. They rearranged their work schedule to do so. A crew of six worked non-stop to successfully complete the job in one day - everything was cleaned up afterwards. I can not comment on the price as we did no comparison but calculating the labor, materials, dumpster fee and professionalism from start to finish the job was worth every penny.

We needed a roof replacement and called this company to have someone come out to give a quote…read more They responded quickly with the quote which was provided in an Instant message. It was the first quote I received and I was waiting to receive a couple more quotes. Within a day someone followed up with a call telling me they could start the next day. I explained I was waiting for another quote and asked if they could send a proper proposal in an email. At that point they seemed put off and said if I didn't make a decision in the next couple days they wouldn't be able start for a couple months. After a couple weeks (we weren't desperate) we decided to sign their proposal and had a tentative start date in about 2 months. Two months passed and I was told it would be another month before they could start. After another month we sent an email and they responded it would be another month. After around 7 months they stopped responding to us all together. So we contacted our second choice which was another large outfit. They came out immediately and provided the quote the same day. Completed the work within a week of the proposal. It was a 2 day job. I gave Red Bank Roofing 1 star because I feel generous. But frankly I wouldn't trust them.
