I am really impressed at the welcoming attitude and how seriously they went all out for the kids in terms of decor for the week's theme, the activities, snacks, plays, etc. It's really such a community service to do this for free.

Great church! They host a men's Monday evening BSF class. Bible Study Fellowship is a really cool…read morebible study. The main sanctuary is nice and they have a bunch of Sunday school rooms. We were visiting from Orlando to see some family and take a vacation. I love how BSF is basically in every major city all over the world so you can keep doing your weekly lesson and just get plugged in while you are traveling. You don't miss a beat. Next time we are in town we should come to an actual service but either way I can recommend checking this church out. Whether you are a traveling tourist like me looking to keep pace with BSF or just church shopping in general, you should give LifePointe a try.

Visited this church recently. "This church used to have vibrant, extended worship and good ministry…read moreoutreach when the former Pastors (Rick & Becky) were leading. They had multiple elderly outreach ministries, which was wonderful. The new pastor got rid of them for no good reason. I don't know how we got this new Pastor (Jeff Foust), who has a problem with pride. He struts around the stage in that spirit of pride. His wife is wonderful and full of the Holy Spirit. However, I do not feel that from him. Many have left the church due to Jeff Foust and the decisions he is making without the church's buy in. Example: a building was donated to the church and he is trying to raise millions of dollars to improve something superficial about this building. What a waste! His idea of doing an outreach for the men in the church is to go out for beers and do axe-throwing." Everything in quotes was verbalized to me by a man who has been going there for years and used to love it. I heard about this on the day I attended for the first time. Clearly, people are not a fan of Jeff Foust. Who is holding him accountable and overseeing his decisions for the congregation? Millions of dollars? No one at that age has the wisdom and tenure to lead a church in a healthy way, in my humble opinion. I do not see a spirit of humility after one service, BUT I don't know him, either. Would like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I have questions.. There were very few worship songs, which is not like a Vineyard church. Not sure I will be back.

Isn't this something we all need these days - I sure did. It is something "peaceful, pleasant and prayerful". Thirty minutes northwest of Ft. Collins. From Wednesday through Sunday or weekends only. It is not a bed and breakfast but a chance for solitude, meditation and spiritual enrichment. Silent if you wish or talk with other retreatants if they are there. I had no idea how much I desired the quiet - so be prepared, the nuns, though very busy with other work, observe cloister and generally try to work in silence. Cloister has many definitions but for this order of Benedictine nuns, it means praying and singing Divine Office seven times each day. Starting at 4:50 am and ending about 7:30 at night. So in addition to their farm work, praying seven times a day, and being hospitable to retreatants - which means keeping a modern retreat house with individual rooms, including private bathrooms and serving 3 meals a day, their lives are very full. I experienced a warm welcome, time for reading, private meditation, conversation and an outdoor experience second to few. I'm hooked.

If you like smaller churches with an uplifting spirit , come here you will not be disappointed in a message you can live by. The 5 steps of prayer works ! I read about Rev. BARB BUE in the Tribune. They are stepping out of the box and meeting on Thursday nights for the summer starting May 21st 2015. Wow.... progressive thinking ,I love it!
