When Julia moved back to her home town, she shared her knowledge and convinced Joan to join as well. Cindy is a newer addition to the family, as daughter/sister-in-law and was introduced to the Guild. Julia's daughter, Miranda joined the family business after she finished college adding a third generation to the business. No, the family involvement doesn't stop there. Joan's husband Steve joined the staff after he retired. Her grandsons, Shawn and Tyler also assist during their summer and holiday school breaks. Joan's son, Anthony, provides some assistance with the "behind-the-scene" work. It is truly a family business.
