There is a lovely assortment of high quality cottons in many colors and themes. What I especially love is that sometime quilt shops stick with very traditional fabrics. The Red Hen has a terrific assortment of traditional, modern, patriotic, etc. I fell in love with some bold, vibrant paisley fabric and already have plans for it. The prices are exceptional. There is nothing priced over $10.00 per yard.

She was very objectionable, dismissive, took exception to everything we said and seemed highly put out when we asked to use rest room. We were the only two persons in the store. I believe businesses are required to have a bathroom on site for patrons to use. I may be wrong in that but I am not wrong about her attitude. We spent over $250 so we weren't taking advantage of her. She shouldn't deal with the public. She suffers from "OPD"- objectionable personality disorder. If you can get past this person's attitude, you may find it worthwhile to visit.

My biggest kudos are for two things: 1) the lighting in this store is magnificent.
