He ignored me, then shoved passed and started looking in all my rooms, I told him He had to Wait a minute. I tried to explain to him what was wrong with washer, that sometimes it worked fine and other times it stopped mid cycle. He proceeded to tell me it was the filter. I told him the filter was fine,he insisted on a bucket and towel. proceed to check the filter which has small amount of lint in it. I said that wasn't the problem He proceeded to start yelling at, I told him to stop yelling at me, I would not be talked to in my own home like that. at this point my husband came out and we asked him to leave, he was still yelling I told him if he wouldn't leave, I would call the cops. There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her.
