I recently started renting a townhome in heritage hills. It's been such a calming process compared to where I was previously renting. The company I was previously under I don't even feel safe naming because they are that psychotic. However at heritage hills, you are treated with respect, and they actually know what they are doing. Worst place ever please if you have kids don't EVER RENT FROM HERE. They do not care about your health or safety, my basement flooded 3 times and formed mold and they told me it's not there problem. I lost over $ 3,000 worth of memories, all because Their former maintenance person just put a Band-Aid on the situation. They are very rude and for some reason at least twice a month they shut our water off because they say there is a problem with the water. Now they're telling us that because we do not have a renovated townhome that they will no longer renew our lease for next year. So we pay 1300 for a two bedroom and now they're going to charge 1600 for the same townhome. Awful awful place read more

While looking for a place to rent so I can attend Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics (PIA), I came across Heritage Hills. Place looks really nice, rooms are in excellent condition, central air/heat, and a spacious living area. I applied online, and talked to both someone from the building, as well as the management parent company. Both told me that they are not accepting applications from students attending PIA. They refused to give me any further reasoning behind this. Even the PARENT COMPANY, AMORE, refused to tell me any more about it, saying "that's all I can tell you". Why? Is MY money not worth as much because I'm a student? Don't waste you're time or money if your a student looking for housing. read more

I lived here for 5 years. It's an ok place. The rent is reasonable and the location and grounds are great. The maintenance staff is pretty good too. Nothing about this place should scare you away, but the townhouses are dated and cheap. Expect a sky high electric bill in the winter because there is no gas service and the air conditioning doe not cool the top floor very well. I also had a problem with mice that management refused to deal with. read more

This place is amazing and I can't say enough about how wonderful Donna, Allison, Jason and the entire staff here at heritage are. If we ever have a question, concern, problem, need anything repaired etc, they are always helpful and take care of us promptly. Great place to live! Staff is always friendly and gets back to you! Quiet location out of the city but still close to town. I've been here over a year and I love it. It's not like having an apartment, it's more like a home. The extra space in the basement is a huge bonus. I've only had one maintenance issue come up and it was resolved promptly. It can be hot upstairs during the summer months, I had to keep the central air on plus fans to circulate the air. Having access to the pool is also a huge benefit as well as the small playground for kids that live on site. I definitely recommend Heritage Hills to anyone. read more

I do like this place. I love the space, the location, the price. It's a great deal. The Pros: Staff is friendly. They accepted my service animals. I can barely hear my neighbors. Parking is always available. Plows take care of the snow quickly and the roads/sidewalks are salted. Grounds are kept well. Charming appearance. Great space. Nothing essential is more than 20 minutes away. Washer/dryer hook ups. Cons: People can't park in the lines. The roads are a little narrow. Maintenance seems to struggle with requests. Some units are tricky to move into (narrow walkway). A little outdated when it comes to kitchen appliances, paint, flooring. I can literally see where something was taped over and then just painted to match the wall. Windows let in some cold air. Overall, I love the town home. read more

This place is only 12 miles South of the City, its quiet, clean, and responsive regarding Maintenance orders if you should ever need it. The Customer Service experience is positive and responsive. I have lived here for over a year already and have no plans on moving. read more

It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with our place we rent from them. If you want out of your contract even 2 months early because you are buying a home, prepare to pay out the nose early term cancelation costs.
