Back again because I need some more drawers, and counter space…read more Yesterday afternoon, I called, and spoke with Bobby (the ssalesman with whom I have been dealing with on other things). And, he told me that they have Microwave hutches on wheels. So, after having a very good breakfast, dropping of some laundry to be done, and some shopping, I stopped by to check them out. While the style (wood with a metal frame and rack on unlockable wheels) wasn't exactly what I would have preferred, the $98.00 price could not be beat! So, I purchased 2 of them. And again, same day delivery. 8-) And, speaking of delivery + setup (I was too late to edit my original review to include it), when think crew delivered my bedroom set and other items, everything was protected by padded sheets, and strapped in. During setup, the guys were very careful not to hit the walls or doors. 8-) So, kudos to everyone there! I'll be posting pictures later.

She still sleeps on a mattress in the floor. We were pulling her bed from the wall to rearrange her room and the wood from the headboard and side rails, split and from them on, was a disaster. I have moved furniture plenty of times in my life to vacuum, or move in general and have never had a bed basically rip apart. Prices are good but furniture quality is poor from my experience... her mattress is sunken in the middle and she has to sleep on the sofa I purchased that doesn't have springs sticking out of the bottom to rest. I had rather pay more and get good quality as I did with my bedroom furniture and our last living room set. I ran into a snaggle and needed financing and fast service, which they provided, but it will cost me more in the end, so lesson learned.

They now carry grills, smokers and lawn mowers (seriously, if I wanted this, I'd go to Western Auto (no longer in business, or Lowe's). On the phone, they were very helpful in answering my questions. So, after a bit of shopping, I stopped by this morning, to see about getting new Counter Table and Chairs, Home Entertainment Center, either a 50" or 55" HDTV, Microwave Hutch, a Desk and a 3-piece table set for the Living Room for my new place that I'm moving into on 9/24. Well, not only was I not greeted at the door (2 customers were walking out, and that made me the only customer in the store; and only after crisscrossing the store looking around, and stopping at the desk at the back of the store, and actually asking to see stuff, did a Sales Associate step up), they don't have everything in-store that the website shows. Nor, was I told this on the phone. They only had one desk. And, it was more of a Work Station than a Desk, as there wasn't any drawers. The Counter Table and Chairs that I was interested in was not available in the store to see. And, in checking another Counter Table, one of the chairs wobbled pretty bad (I know Quality has dropped. But, I do hope this was a fluke, and not something worse). The Home Entertainment Center was not complete (only the pedestal was out; the side columns, above TV self and top cross-member was not available). They had several T.V.s. So, I gotta decide on which one I really want. They only had Butcher Blocks, and not true Microwave Hutches. And, the selection of tables for the Living room wasn't that great. Mainly dark finishes, and the tops looked liked planking put side by side, or patterned. Finally, to top off this less than stellar visit, when filling out the Electronic Store Credit Application, the error message, No Report Found came up. So, I went to the Associate (who went back to the service desk), and told her what happened. So, I had to tell her my name for her to pull it up on the computer. Then, she called someone, and they told me to use the other Application Kiosk. Now, it is possible that the error occurred because I used my new address, instead of my current one. But, seriously, since credit is checked by SSN, why would it matter? So, rather than going through that again, I decided to go back later, and put it on a credit card (just want to be sure that I don't have to pay it until November). When I go back, I'll update the review.

I bought a LaZyBoy recliner from Badcock in Milledgeville. The footrest was broken just a couple…read moreof months later. When the chair was at Badcock for repair, I received a call saying the repairman couldn't find anything wrong with the chair. I said, "Wow. How can he miss it? The footrest hangs down on one side when it's raised". The chair was returned to me still broken. I was told that I voided the warranty because I had made the comment to the manager that I liked to sleep in the chair. The warranty was voided because the "chair is not made for sleeping". So now I'm paying for a broken recliner because Badcock won't work with me about the problem.

You will notice there are no tags to identify the products source so that you can search on line for the best deal or quality of the product before purchase. If we had shopped on line we would have save $600 on each piece and had product in 2 to 4 weeks. Follow up calls resulted in "We will call you when its ready" Not until we pushed did we get a call saying it was being built the next day and would ship to us in a week. Customer service extremely lacking and the Guardsman Protection plan is a waste of money. over 600 complaints with the Grand Rapids location in 3 years. All rating where a one because they couldn't give them a "0". Save you money and shop else where.

This mattress firm store is overworked and understaffed. I went into buy a bed and had the…read moreattention of the representative of the sales person for a short time until someone else walked into the store so there I am sitting, waiting to complete my order, being that I have done customer service all my life. I expect that one on one attention, and I was highly disappointed in how that was handled.. When the order was complete, I requested a delivery and when my delivery arrived, it was incomplete. I called the store to let them know what had happened and they did not want to take any blame for the order or for the mishap so therefore I had to drive back one hour to the store to pick up the additional mattress that I did not receive on the delivery. This could've all been avoided if I had a one on one with the sales rep at the time of purchase.

We wandered into this Mattress Firm to be greeted by this horrible person! He seemed nice at first but when we wanted to know about the Nectar mattresses everyone online seems to love and those Purple mattresses that they show frequently on tv. Well this was apparently a heinous thing to ask based on the barrage of f-bombs that chased us away! Never going back to another Mattress Firm, seriously guys, figure out your training!
