Since we have no fax machine , we used the free paid 2 priority mail that was included with the papers,I did mail those the next day hoping they will receive soon.. after 4 days, I checked my mail box, the mail was returned , found out the address was written to my our address instead of them. I did tell them what happened( again no response). So i just send it again and paid the 2 day priority.Then today our agent said the interest rate expired because of the delay, we were brokenhearted , we dont know that there is expiration because no one told us or they did not communicate with us..We don't know why we are being ignored since the beginning..
