We just bought our dream home thanks to Jamie, Aryn, & Sean at Community Mortgage. We contacted the team back in March and had no clue where to start. Sean connected us with Jamie, who expertly worked with us to quickly prequalify. We understood what we could afford, and where the wiggle room was. When we put in an offer on one home that was outside our prequalification, he quickly got us re-prequalified (is that a thing? whatever he did, it worked!) and our offer was accepted. When the offer fell through due to the inspection finding bad foundation, they were so helpful and sweet about it and told us they'd just stand by until we found the right home! Finally, we found the home. It was another one that was over our budget, and again, they helped find the right loan for us. I can't say enough good things about this local, family owned business. I have been a client of these guys many times over, using their services for not only several home refinances but also our recent home purchase as well. My wife and I bought our first house back in 2013 using a different mortgage broker. We out grew the house with our expanding family's needs, and as much as we don't enjoy moving, we quickly realized we were going to need to upgrade. I wish it was possible to give a 6-star review, that's how happy my family is with Aryn and Sean and the rest of the team at Global. To say we were pain in the ass clients is a pretty big understatement. A previous short sale, recent job changes, inheritance issues and other fiscal 'anomolys' made obtaining financing difficult for us, and after being turned away by a couple of other institutions, including our own bank that we have been with for several years, we gave Global a call. Aryn and Sean sat down with us, reviewed our situation, and got us into a VA loan program that was perfect for us. While the other lenders told us there was no way we would be able to even start looking at loan programs until at least 6 months later, Aryn and Sean did a little research and found something that we could work with, and that would fit perfectly into our timeline. We were very pleased. So pleased, in fact, that we canceled escrow for the house we were originally going to finance, and opened escrow on a different house, forcing them to start the whole process all over again. I'm sure it was frustrating for them to have to go through all the gyrations necessary to cancel one loan and start another, but they handled the situation with grace and were pleasant and easy to work with, although I'm sure they were annoyed with us. Hell, I was annoyed with us. To top things off, the new seller required that we close our VA loan in approximately three weeks. They were hesitant to enter a deal with us because they had previously experienced delays in closing VA loans, but Aryn and Sean worked with our agent and the sellers agent to assure them we could close on time, and I think that ultimately won us the house. Not only did they make the seller comfortable with our loan process, but they actually got our loan to fund early. Other people I've talked to that have utilized VA loans were astonished our whole process was less than 3 weeks, start-to-finish. Pretty amazing stuff, from a pretty amazing team at Global. Oh - one more thing - Aryn kept in touch with us and made sure everything was moving along nicely even through their vacation.
