A random fee for a depression test even though I took no such test and was there on a cardiac followup. When I tried to call the billing, I was met with unintelligible customer service rep with a lot of background noise then they hung up on me. Figuring that the email contact on the bill would be a better chance, I sent them a message. I have heard nothing back in a week. If they want my money they need to explain why they charged what they did. There is no way to pay online and i would need to mail them a check. Given the way they handle the office, I'm not confident they will properly receive my check without a receipt. Avoid this place!

You get a private room during the treatments however the ceiling is open to the rest of the office so I took headphones and listened to relaxing music during the infusion. An eye mask would be a good option so you're not disturbed if the lights are turned on. The office can have up to 4 patients at a time but I only had 1 appointment with the other 3 rooms being used. Take a blanket and enjoy your appointment in a comfy reclining massage chair. You pay per treatment so if you decide not to continue, there's no strings attached. I traveled 80 miles one way from Indiana just to go here. That's how much I believe in Ketamine working. Plus I have a needle phobia and horrible veins. I just ensured I was well hydrated and bought some numbing cream on Amazon to apply an hour or two before arriving. They have numbing spray but I like to be prepared. I found during my last appointment that eating before hand helped me not feel slightly nauseous after. Over the last 15 years I've been put on several different meds and have been frustrated only to find out they don't help. This stuff will change your life!!!!

I have reached out to the corparate office and beleive it or not was transferred to a third party entity to report my issues. That third party is located in some thrid world nation!!!! I am to try and explain my issues with someone whose first language is not english! Let'st start there. There is also a significant delay when conversing with this individual due to internet connection or whatever the reason but it is MADDENING and unprofessional. Also, these overses agents speak from a script. There is no real conversation to be had at all. I am going to ATI's flagship location. Location #1. I am in a situation where I do not feel comfortable continuing my healing under the circumstances but I am 10 visits in. Almost $400 out of pocket is my responsibility. I am mere minutes from their Bolingbrook Corporate Office but I cannot get a phone call back from anyone. Not one soul has called me even though I was promised a phone call this past Monday 1/20. I was assured someone, Chad, perhaps would call me 100% and nothing. How is this acceptable????? I am beside myself. I did not go in today for my 12:30 scheduled appointment and no called me despite me making several attempt to call them at 630-455-6630. It just rings and rings and rings then goes to a fast busy, I also called the corporate office at (630) 296-2223. Also no answer at all. I will post this everywhere until I get a response. I had Claudia and Ashley who really worked hard to get my foot and my body back after my foot surgery. There are so many locations that there is bound to be one near you and they fund raise for worthy causes. The equipment is always cleaned after every person uses it, so I really liked that. If I am ever in need of physical therapy (hopefully not) I'll definitely be coming back!
