The actual work was completed and done well. My review has to do the amount of unprofessionalism I have had to deal with a year and a half after the work was completed (July 2019). The day they finished I wrote them a check where I accidentally signed on the wrong side, the next day an employee came by and I wrote another that was corrected. Yesterday Ted found me on Facebook and messaged me holding the first incorrect check stating we had never paid them. He also stated that he had been showing up to my address multiple times. Even after I sent him proof from my bank that the corrected check had been cleared and cashed by heritage roofing and the invoice from his company saying our balance had been paid he continued to harass me saying I never paid them. Finally I asked him to discontinue messaging me or showing up at my address and he has continued to contact me. The entire interaction was incredible unprofessional. On top of this, the incorrect check should have been voided and shredded the same day they received the corrected check instead of floating around for a year and a half with all of my bank information on it. If you do decide to go with his company do what I did and keep excellent records of payment so they can't fool you into paying them a second time. read more

Came out fast. Had me sign a contract for the work. Put a trap on the roof but would not submit an estimate to the insurance company for what he thought needed to be fixed. Decided he didn't want the job when the inspector determined, a couple of holes didn't require an entire roof and truss system replacement. Now wants $816.75 for the tarp. Inspector would have done it for about a fourth that price. Still will not provide any record of why the entire 12 year old roof and truss system needs to be replaced. Just doesn't want to do anything but a full replacement. Now I have to start all over again, getting bids 3 weeks after initial damage. read more

We moved to Spokane in Nov 2017 and decided not to go another winter without replacing our roof and gutters. I started the process by obtaining numerous estimates from local roofing companies. Marshall came out for the initial inspection and to provide the estimate. He advised me that they had done some repairs to the our roof in Oct 2017 and had advised the previous owner that the original roof on our 23 year old home needed to be replaced. I was aware of the repairs but did not know Heritage was the company who did the work. Heritage provided an estimate in a timely manner that fully listed the work to be done and the material to be used.. After obtaining the other estimates Heritage came in with the lowest bid. Not only were they the lowest bid but the materials they were using were of a higher quality. Heritage communicated with me throughout the process and when it came time for the work to start I was fully aware of how long it was to take. The crews did a great job of cleaning up after each day of work. Once the roof was done John came and put on our new gutters with gutter guards. The roof and gutters look great and they did a great job. The permit process also went very smoothly. The city came out for the initial inspection white the roof was being installed and followed up with a 2nd inspection at the completion of the roof. This was fully handled by Heritage without any problems. When everything was done Marshall surprised me with the news that the warranty on my new roof had been improved by them with coordination with GAF. This was only possible because Heritage is certified GAF MasterElite Roofer. They made a great warranty even better. I am very happy with our new roof and the work performed by Heritage. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. read more

I cannot recommend a business more or have been better satisfied with my experience with Heritage Roofing and Construction! Marshall was my contact guy, he responded quickly to all of my questions. I sell real estate and the seller of a house I had listed needed some structural beams to be addressed as well as a roof. I was told it would take 4 days, they finished in two. They stared earlier than the original date given, and the final price came in under the quoted bid in the contract. Marshall saved my client a few thousand dollars! Most contractors would not have given the money off especially after a contract was signed! Typically contractors take longer than quoted. Heritage is honest and conducts their business with ethics which is so uncommon in today's world. I will use them on any job I have a house that needs it, will highly recommend to my colleagues, use on anything that may need to be done on my house, my family, and friends. Had a great experience working with Heritage Roofing !!! Met with Marshall for inspection and quote. He was thorough in explaining his quote. Job came in at cost and NO SURPRISES !!! Quality of products is very good and the warranty was tops that I saw with other contractors. Due to wind storm a couple years ago, roofing companies are still loaded with work. Originally was told that it would be a month and a half due to the back log of work. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two weeks later and said that they could do it that week. My experience was that they didn't just meet our expectations- they exceeded them !!. read more
