A pediatrician's office is supposed to be a partner for families throughout childhood, but the care and attitude here have completely changed since the practice was bought out. What used to feel supportive now feels cold, disorganized, and dismissive. Phone calls are confusing and unhelpful. The online system is clunky. Simple requests like filling out a camp form turned into wasted hours because of their rigid policies and errors. The staff no longer guide or support parents. Instead, you have to guide them through what should be their job. The final straw was my son's recent appointment. Scheduled for 2:10, I left work early, pulled him out of school, fought through construction and parking, and walked in only a couple of minutes later. Their own staff delays checking me in pushed us over their supposed cutoff. Instead of compassion or an apology, I was met with indifference and told to reschedule. No acknowledgment of the effort or disruption to my family. Just a cold refusal. After years of loyalty, I am disgusted by how little they seem to care about kids and families now. I used to recommend this office to everyone. Today, I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere.

I have zero access to any of my child's vaccinations, growth charts, and future appointments. I have been back and forth for weeks with the help desk who has been zero help. It's so frustrating.

Let's start with, I do not understand people being so frustrated with this place in other reviews…read more We have been going here for 18 months, and they always answer the phone and are kind and efficient. They have accommodated schedule changes easily, we have called at 1 am with breathing/ fever concerns multiple times and they would be empathetic, give advice and schedule us for early the next morning. When my baby was 1 day old and had some jaundice they were going above and beyond to make sure we take all the necessary tests and get her monitored and checked, I could tell they are taking their job very seriously and trying to protect her. She is 18 months now and thriving. We have not considered switching providers and always look forward to our next appointment. We have been to both locations and saw multiple nurses, doctors. We are thankful for having them and know we are in good hands!

Dr. C seems to only believe in reactive care, and it is at times unbelievable what has to happen to elicit a reaction. She chastised my wife for calling the on-call line while my son had breathing problems claiming it "we should only call if it's a medical emergency" (we thought continued breathing problems with RSV was an emergency) and that we should only call if he was "turning blue". Earlier we inquired about his 103+ degree fever and she indicated we should just do nothing and watch it for 5 days. She also questioned us giving him ibuprofen and indicated it could be stunting his immune response. My son had bacterial pneumonia/bronchiolitis and would not have recovered well if we listened to Dr.C. I've spent over a thousand dollars this year taking my son to the hospital because Dr. C wouldn't take us seriously. She clearly doesn't appreciate the position new parents are in. She also does not administer the Covid vaccine to children. I get the impression she is only as pro-vaccine as she is legally obligated to be. If you look at positive reviews for this clinic, they tend to either be first time patients who probably haven't been going long enough to be burned yet, or anti-vaxxers that appreciate their apathy toward vaccines.
