A pediatrician's office is supposed to be a partner for families throughout childhood, but the care and attitude here have completely changed since the practice was bought out. What used to feel supportive now feels cold, disorganized, and dismissive. Phone calls are confusing and unhelpful. The online system is clunky. Simple requests like filling out a camp form turned into wasted hours because of their rigid policies and errors. The staff no longer guide or support parents. Instead, you have to guide them through what should be their job. The final straw was my son's recent appointment. Scheduled for 2:10, I left work early, pulled him out of school, fought through construction and parking, and walked in only a couple of minutes later. Their own staff delays checking me in pushed us over their supposed cutoff. Instead of compassion or an apology, I was met with indifference and told to reschedule. No acknowledgment of the effort or disruption to my family. Just a cold refusal. After years of loyalty, I am disgusted by how little they seem to care about kids and families now. I used to recommend this office to everyone. Today, I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere.

They also started a quick care clinic and as long as you have the app and have filled out a form if your child is sick you can go on there and schedule your child a sick appointment early in the morning, I think as early as 8 a.m. Their Beaver office also has late hours during the week and Saturday morning hours which is very convenient if you work a 9 to 5 and need to take your children to the doctors.

Since I've had my children with her, she has many times, taken them in suddenly, and many times on super short notice. She is very smart, very thorough and cares! She cares so much that she is not ashamed to voice her opinion on the state of medicine and what a shame the medical field has become. Dr. Punjani isn't not like a rock star with many barriers to protect her from having to acknowledge her patients needs. She makes herself available. Dr. P. does not just take your children's blood pressure and rush you out. She listens, and looks deeper into child and parent's concerns. The office is not much to look at, but it is close to home, and what I look for in a physician is intelligence, caring, availability, and competence. She is all that...plus. Her staff is also very friendly. They are not your typical miserable, sour faced women hiding behind the glass, who hate their job and are prepared to scold anyone who dares approach the window. I have disappointingly put my trust into 2 local pediatricians in the past. I was sad that my children had years to go before they can experience a good, caring doctor such as mine (Dr. Shroff) and for a minute, I accepted that a good, competent, and caring pediatrician is impossible to find...at least in this area, and I accepted that I will have to wait until they are 18 to get one. We also went to a new pediatrician. She is very nice and they also don't charge people asinine out of pocket fees for answering 10 questions prior to the exam in the waiting room. Again, this place is the epitome of greedy American Healthcare. The fact they charge people for their pre-visit questionnaires is pure capitalistic greed. Kids plus is the Donald Trump of children's health care. Their doctors probably get an extra padded bonus with all those additional shady screening fees they charge their clients. Choose a doctor that isn't greedy and runs their business like some ruthless uncaring shrewd business person with no empathy or ethics. The tone and tenor of their unethical bills and discriminating practices tells you everything you need to know about this greedy business. Notice how he puts "review". This is because this "doctor" only worries about billing people for shady billing practices to add extra profit to their for-profit-healthcare. These people care more about milking money off the parents of the children they care for more than the children's actual health. If you take your kid here and pay for "screening fees" or their ridiculous "late charges" think before you pay. These screening fees are not ethical charges.
