If you're going to use large slices of bread, the meat, cheese, and sauerkraut need to scale with it. As served, the ratio was off, and I probably came in with higher expectations than I should have. The hot sandwiches are very good and my wife really enjoys the BLT on white bread with mayo. The rolls and bread are always fresh and never frozen. The employees get to know their regular customers by name and when you walk in chances are very good you'll be greeted with a Hello before you even get to the counter.
