This location was a 3.75 but I'll round up. The associate was patient and brought out different sizes that my friend and I wanted to try from the shoe section. I ended up needing a size they didn't have, the associate said she could have it by the morning. My friend tried on a belt and a few shoes as well. I ended up coming the next day and bought my shoes. I've never been to this location before. I decided to stop by here to check out their inventory. Sales associate was nice and let me admire a croc birkin 25 in the showroom. I was hoping to buy a wallet but they didn't carry that many options here. I left the store and later came back because I actually need to buy a scarf ring. I was helped by another sales associate, Suky. I knew what I wanted already and she showed me all the colors they offered for a Mini Mors Twilly Ring. At first I wasn't sure what size I'd need but Suky was able to help me with that. She wrapped the box quickly and I didn't wait long at all. Great store! read more

This store is very well lit and decorated, it took them A while to entertain me and my husband, the SAs were busy with other customers that ended up not buying anything so we had to wait maybe 15 minutes. I already know what i want to buy so I tried it and see what size will suit me they didn't have the other choice I have so I just ended up buying 1 item. Tina is very nice, she showed me other color options and took her time to provide me service, i wasn't asked if I want water or anything but waiting for a bit I thought of asking for my husband and they did gave us sparkling and regular water. I'll be honest, I'm not a huge H person. The aesthetic is not for me because I'm gaudy when it comes to designer bags and leather goods. Gimme Chanel or LV over H any day. And yes, I realize that Hermes has great leather and is higher quality than Chanel, but like I said, I'm gaudy. I also don't care for a lot of Hermes's other items but... I love H's mules and scarves. I'm a HUGE fan of one of their artists, Christine Henry; I follow her Instagram. Unfortunately I haven't seen her designs in Hermes for a while now...I think the last one I saw was Peuple du Vent? I've been wanting a shawl with her design for years and I've always told my husband that that is the only thing I want from Hermes. He thinks it's ridiculous to spend so much on a shawl but he indulges my superficial machination to buy, lol. Anyway, we happened to go here recently and I told him I wanted to get a shawl from Hermes and I was going to finally buy one after years of waiting. There was one design I saw on their website that I fell in love with called the Sous Le Charme d'Orphée by Alice Shirley. I realize it's not Christine Henry, but I admire the intricate design and colorway of this shawl. It also displays all the Greek gods and goddesses I used to read about as a kid. And what better place to buy my first Hermes piece than Las Vegas? When I first got here I was surprised I had to wait; I've been to the Hermes at Crystals and the boutiques in Costa Mesa and San Diego and I'm just used to walking in. I didn't have to wait too long as there were a couple of customers who left the store empty handed. Once inside I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate. I told her I was specifically looking for the Sous Le Charme shawl. Luckily she had two of them, one of which was the colorway I was looking for! I immediately told her I would take it on the spot. She then handed me off to a different associate, who let me enter all my information into their phone so I could be in their mailing list. Neat. I filled out all my details and she quickly rang me up. She wrapped up my shawl into a lovely box and filled my bag with a couple samples. Initially I thought I would get perfume samples but they were lipstick samples...I didn't know Hermes did makeup. Hmmm. Anyway, the gesture was nice and I'm more of a lipstick person than a perfume person, anyway. (Btw, I kept smelling that awful LV perfume (Attrape Rêves) EVERYWHERE in Vegas. I didn't realize the scent was from LV until I went into the boutique and smelled their perfumes. That stuff is awful and kept making my eyes water and nose run.) I read review that the customer service is poor here. I didn't really experience that and I don't shop at Hermes. I even told the first associate that this would be my first Hermes purchase and she was super nice about it. Maybe it helped that I was intent on what I wanted to buy? There were tons of Chinese tourists in the store trying on shoes and looking at other things, but I didn't get the impression that they were treated significantly better than the other customers. Anyway, it was a great experience and I would definitely come here again and buy another shawl or scarf. Hopefully one designed by Christine Henry! I love anything and everything Hermes. And have been to a few other stores. This one, while beautifully curated was limited in its selection. I came with the intention of buying 2 Hermes clic bracelets but they only had one in the color I wanted. I happily bought up the white + gold one, though. I was also interested in the brown Oran sandals but alas, they only had Black. Which served me well since I wear so much black anyways. Do note that browsing isn't an option as you're paired with an associate who escorts you the entire time. There are some positives and negatives there depending on how you shop. read more

After hearing that my original sales agent left the company, I was sad to hear that another one of my sales agents left. I had just went inside to make an appointment with my sales agent, and was notified of the situation. However, I was paired up with a new sales agent. After having two sales agents that left within months of each other, I really wanted someone that I could build a relationship and that was responsive. They paired me up with Jenna. Jenna is a new sales agent and she is absolutely amazing. She is everything I was looking for in a sales agent. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very responsive which is a plus because I go there a couple times a year and usually make purchases when I'm in town. I been eyeing this Kelly 18 pouch belt since last year and I really wanted to get it. When I had first made my appointment there were nothing in stock. However, they got a new shipment in and there shortly after I left and there was only one available. Jenna saved it for me and I bought it along with a scarf ring. She showed me this new twilly design which I didn't buy that day. However before I left Vegas the next day later, I texted Jenna if they still have it because I was having regret I didn't get it. I took my wife out for her birthday celebration and wanted to surprise her with a gift before our dinner reservations. We walked straight in and not once got a greeting from any employee in the store. Even the security looked like a statue. You would have to do better than that when you see anyone coming to a high-end retail store and treat your clients with the utmost hospitality. Everyone who walks in is a potential investor or buyer. I can imagine them getting a secret shopper.. We walked straight to the back where the belts were displayed and did not get stopped by a single employee to ask if we were interested in anything. The store was completely empty too lol. Only one person sought out our interest in buying an Hermès product. I wish I remembered her name but I guess I couldn't have cared less for what happened to us walking around the whole time without getting approached to at least help us find anything we need. "Maybe it was a language barrier." An older woman assisted us in finding my wife's belt size and style she wanted. Everyone else were still statues when I was looking around while my wife was being helped, so I just waited till my wife chose what she wanted and got helped by the same person for my size. She did great recommending a few new styles she would like and end up getting a popular piece. I purchased my wife a matted H belt buckle brushed in gold-plated metal & Leather strap 32 mm orange and black epsom calfskin. I got the Constance belt buckle in brushed permabrass plated metal with a reversable leather strap 38 mm orange and black epsom calfskin. Regardless of the service, we walked out with high end purchases. It went from no greetings to no thank you for shopping with us. Next time skip Bellagio and go to Crystals lol maybe we will find a better atmosphere there read more

I came to this store on a girl's trip to Las Vegas and of course I wanted to treat myself to something nice. I have access to two Hermes store where I live but haven't encountered anyone I "clicked" with. You know, the One. Hahaha. I think everyone understands. So I went to all three stores in Vegas. Yes all three! I dropped by the Bellagio location to try to meet up with my friend's SA but she wasn't working. Instead, I met a lovely SA named Ting Ting. She showed me shoes, belts, clothes, blankets, etc. but they didn't have everything I was looking for and I wanted to try my luck at the Wynn. She actually encouraged me to check out other stores. It truly felt that she wanted me to have what I was looking for even though she had spent a considerable amount of time with me. So I went to the Wynn and while I did get good service, I felt I was only one of many shoppers passing through. Again no connection, so on my last day and hours before I was due to fly back home, I came back to the Bellagio. While the Wynn store has the most stock and I therefore a higher likelihood of securing items I wanted, I really enjoyed the no pressure but delightfully helpful service I received from Ting Ting. Bellagio has more limited selection (this is their temp location) but Ting Ting really helped me pick out some quality pieces and her recommendations were spot on. I left with a pair of shoes, a belt, some house wears and a new Sale associate! I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you like attentive, quality service. Ting Ting thanks so much! I'd say 3.5 stars overall. My repairs for both my Herbag and my caleche bangle were processed swiftly and without question by the store manager despite a somewhat tricky situation with my herbag. I received a repair quote promptly from Paris and accepted. Then 12 weeks went by and I followed up; only to find out they never processed my acceptance of the repair. So I had to wait yet another 12-14 weeks for Paris to finally do my repair. I dropped the bag off in November 2022 and it's now April 2023 and I am finally today receiving my items back. If you're in a rush I'd say don't use their repaid service since they outsource most of it, but I found everyone I worked with to be friendly (if not always super organized). read more

After the panels closed yesterday at the convention I decided to take some "me" time. The shopping in the Bellagio is very extensive and upscale so this is where I ended up. The scarves that Hermès sells are a weakness for me wanting to play tourist time to shop. The sheer elegance and quality of there scarves is off the charts. This location in the Bellagio is a larger store than most on the strip. Upon entering the staff or security (nowadays everywhere in high end Vegas shops) looks one over. Once you get past all the unpleasantness of I'm not going to hurt anyone we can start to shop. I was greeted was the usually pleasantries and asked where the scarves were. The selection of merchandise in the store is so massive. The quality of each square one can feel with the delicate softness in your hands. As I looked through all the beautiful designs and artwork on the scarves all so colorful. I am seeking a scarf that is one color, but would settle for one in two colors too. I did not find what I was looking for. With the help of the store staff I was not able to either. The store has the softest carpet, since when you walk through the store your feet bounce a little. So many new collections of the Spring and Summer were on display. The displays of the new handbags were delivered in a presentation that could be out of real life. Such as a beach type handbag for a beach scene. I find this very appealing and displays their products in a way that you can use your handbag and should. read more

Oh Hermés. How I love bringing home orange boxes. On our last weekend Vegas trip I originally went to Bellagio for a little Chanel mini shopping spree. On my way out of Bellagio, Hermés was near our exit and I couldn't resist coming inside and taking a peak. I didn't expect much customer service because usually the SA's at other Hermés locations are busy but as we walked in we were greeted by Louis and as we were walking around scoping out different items he approached us to see if we were looking for anything in particular. I mentioned wanting to take a look at Hermés Belts and he walked me right over to the belt kits. He showed me different H buckles, the different color leather belt options and then measured my waist line for the perfect fit. I was very happy with the attentive customer service from Louis and he instantly made this location and himself a shopping preference for my Hermés needs! Don't waste your time going here. They make you stand in line for ridiculous amounts of time then require a mask when there are no mask laws. We have to get back to our normal lives. He showed me more artistic ways to wear my scarves (without the need to tie them). They carry rich colors, designs, and patterns in scarves, bracelets, and accessories. He gift wrapped my item (which is standard Hermes protocol), but with some extra little thoughtful treats... very classy. Because of Craig's attentive kind service - 5 stars, maybe 4 without him? Got my first classic Hermes scarf ring!!! I truly always needed one, since I lost my pricey gorgeous Alexander McQueen moth skull scarf while running errands. I just got off the women with a lovely lady names Tina and felt compelled to leave a review. It will be my first time purchasing at Hermes and Tina was so kind to me and really helped clear up any confusion that I had regarding Hermes. I can't wait to come in person and meet Tina and make my first purchase. UPDATE: I go in the store ready to drop some major cash on a bag and the same women who was lovely and sweet on the phone was a total prude in person. She would hardly speak to me and was very short when she did. All in all she said that I had to develop a relationship with the store to get the "exclusive" Hermès bag. Okay fine. But I let her know I didn't like anything in the store. I asked her: "so I have to buy items that I don't even want to hopefully get a Hermès bag." Her response: yes.
