I don't remember the last time I went inside a Michael Kors store before! It's been a long time! While my mom and I were leaving to go back to the parking garage at the Palazzo, we stopped inside Michael Kors to look at their shoes! This Michael Kors store is located at the shoppes inside the Palazzo. The store had a wide variety of merchandise, including some of the following Sunglasses Purses Bags Shoes (lots of shoes!!) The store is open 7 days a week, with most days hours open from 10:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M. On Fridays and Saturdays, the store extends closing hours until 10:00 P.M. Some of their handbags and accessories include classic totes, bags, backpacks, with complemented watches and jewelry. The footwear offered by this store was a wide variety from flats, sneakers, heels, and sandals! Prices range at this store. Some of the items were on sale, but shoes were averaging around $100.00 a pair. The store is beautiful, and it's right next to the entrance to the Grand Canal Shoppes. You can also go to the first floor for the Wizard of Oz photo op experience! We didn't have a team member welcome us while visiting the store. It was so busy inside with lots of customers! We did have a chance to look at all of their inventory though! If you're exploring the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo, I'd definitely recommend stopping by the Michael Kors boutique. The store has a beautiful selection of handbags, shoes, and so much more! Even if you're just browsing, there is so much to look at, including some of their latest collections! read more

The service here is AMAZING! I was accompanying a friend of mine while visiting this location, and their sale caught my eye. I decided to grab a couple things for gifts, and with the sale it was very reasonably priced. But my absolute favorite part about my entire visit was how knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive the staff were. In particular, I interacted with an amazingly energetic guy (Taquan) who was very eager to help me in every way possible to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was phenomenal! It's also worth mentioning how gorgeous the entire store was organized. It's beautiful! If you like MK, you gotta stop by here! read more

I usually don't shop around for bags especially at the bigger casinos because I feel like they get too overpriced. However, I came in the other day and was greeted with smiles. I was approached by this very nice young women Mei who helped me throughout the entire experience being in there. We even shared some laughs and bonded over our families being both Chinese. She was very professional and she really was knowledgeable about all the products. I ended up purchasing a couple of things because I was extremely impressed with the designs that I've seen lately. I feel like making some purchases like these requires someone with good person skills and Mei went above and beyond that. I'm a local but will definitely be coming to this location for my designer needs. The store was also very clean and tidy. There wasn't a pushy vibe like these other retail places give me. Had a great shopping experience here! It's almost an accident that I love Michael Kors. I think I started off with a shirt or two, then my husband bought be a purse, then I got the perfume as a gift, then some more shirts, and all of a sudden, I realize I'm a Michael Kors girl. Who knew? As I'm walking through Nordstrom (at home in LA) one day, I am stopped in my tracks my this beautiful Gia Satchel purse. It's lovely. It's $800 and not in my budget. I look at it online and then see the python one. Swoon! Sadly it's $2200 and I can't get it in CA anyway, as python is illegal =( So we're in Vegas and have some Grazie Gift Rewards from our Palazzo gambling; luckily I can spend these gift cards at the Michael Kors store. I look online first to see if they have any python wallets (can't afford the bags) and see the most divine Flurry Rabbit Fur Satchel, but it says it's for pre-order only; it isn't available for another month. Oh well, I'll look for a wallet. We walk in and Laney starts to help us. Just on a whim, I ask if they have the rabbit bag, maybe a model to look at or something. She tells me they have 3 of them. Apparently select stores were given a few early. Yay!! She goes to get the bag to let me look at it, and she grabs some champagne for us. I also ask her if they have the beautiful gunmetal python bag, and tell her that I'm not buying it (don't want her to get too exited for commission) but just want to see it. It is stunning! So the bag I get is $368, but I have $200 in Grazie Rewards. What a deal! Service was great, and their selection is fairly deep. When in Vegas, my wife and I love buying new sunglasses (Vegas has all the hippest trends )My wife's last pair of Michael Kors Sunglasses were eaten by my dog two weeks ago (SMH)! We were immediately greeted by Michelle, she assisted us and informed us of the newest styles. After a long deliberation between white or purple frame Michelle was able to convince my wife to get the purple frames considering that she already had past "Selfies" with the white frames. The purchase was easy, pleasant and non-pressuring if we didn't purchase that day. Needless to say we bought the sun glasses but most importantly felt very valued as a customer. So me and my mom are BIG Michael Kors fans every handbag my mother owns is MK... And every store we go into we never have issues, all the workers are great, not this one. It's very sad because I've been working in retail for over 13 years , so I know how to treat customers, never judge anyone for what they have on etc.. everyone gets treated equally. So my mother needed help and she was ignored and three different employees walked right passed her giving her an attitude. I'm guessing because she wasn't wearing a MK bag or maybe wasn't dressed up.. who really knows, but it's a BIG lost for them because she went in there for one reason and that was to buy the $1100 black leather bag in the front. We will never stop shopping MK , but we do know we will NEVER go to that store ever again. I went in to ask if I can get links taken off on my MK watch and Stephanie was hesitant and said she might not have tools for that particular watch and kept asking me questions. She made me feel like I bought a fake watch so I told her I bought it on Amazon. She then gave me a straight forward "absolutely cannot!" While my friends went to the men's side and asked an associate if he can help with links, the associate said "sure" no questions asked. With how we were treated, we thought it was separate, until Stephanie walked to the entrance of the Men's side and got on her headset and told the associate "I already told her no!" Then stormed off. She made me feel like buying their brand from Amazon isn't valuable and are not the same product. We went to a nearby competitor, asked us what brought us in, we told them the situation and they fixed it within 2 minutes. I didn't even need to make a purchase. Good quality, pretty bags, clothes and accessories all arrayed in an easy-to-navigate store (even if you've been drinking, hahaha), what a lovely environment to lose some of those winnings and be happy to do so! They even greeted me happily when I returned a couple martinis later (at least they ACTED happy, hmmmm, maybe they're actors and this is their day job, hmmmm) and helped me pick out a birthday gift for my little princess. I wish the Michael Kors store closer to my house was as awesome as the one at the Venetian/Palazzo! The service here is similar to that of a high-end designer store at any of the shopping centers on the Strip - after selecting a wallet for purchase, I was brought a glass of champagne while I tried on jewelry. The SA, Matthew, was very polite and didn't rush me even though the store was busy. During checkout, the cashier let me stand behind their register to fill out the warranty/info card so I'd have privacy (I doubt anyone would do anything with my name and address but y'never know!). My new wallet was wrapped perfectly in tissue paper and a small MK shopping bag. On my way out, several SAs wished me a "good day" and thanked me for shopping with them. read more

What do you say to a shop aholic for purses? There's nothing less than 3 stars for just being a purse accessory shop. Every state I travel to, I find the outlet malls and see if these stores have anything I don't have. Well, I left here with a wallet. Wasn't thrilled by their selection, and I added this stop, to my daily walking exercise. To each its own, but I was disappointed in the lack of selection. read more

I am a HUGE Michael Kors fan and everyone knows I can't walk out of the store without buying something. I promised myself when I went on vacation I wouldn't go in MK and buy anything. Well I stayed in The Venetian hotel and everyday I walked passed MK and one day I wasn't feeling so good and I decided to go shopping around with my friend and taking it easy. We ended up walking inside here. The girl that helped me was very sweet and let me know they were running sales like spend 300 get 50 off spend 500 and get 100 off and so and so. I had a MK watch already but I really wanted a smaller face one since the one I had was a bigger style one. They had the smaller face watch I really wanted in rose gold! It was over $300 so I got $50 off. In NY I never see sales like this in the MK stores so I just had to do it. read more

My European cousin was visiting us and is a huge fan of Michael Kors and I thought we were getting good service at the Michael Kors in the Venetian, but it turns out she wasn't really helping us at all. I asked her for a certain size and they didn't have it, so I asked her if she could check to see if any of the other Michael Kors stores nearby had the correct size. I see her use her tablet and she says they don't. Then I asked for her to check for 2 additional sizes (one size up and one size down), she tells me she checked and the size in her store was the smallest she had and that they were on clearance, so we figured she was probably telling the truth. Well my cousin really wanted this particular shoe and so she bought them, even thought they were 1 1/2 size too big. Later that night we went to the Michael Kors in Caesar's Palace and we find the shoe my cousin is now wearing in a smaller size on display! I explain my story to the very nice ladies working there and they are shocked. They explain that they don't earn commission and that's what made me even madder! Why couldn't she have just told me she couldn't see if there were other sizes at other stores instead of pretending to even check for us! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I was able to get a purse I liked at this store that they didn't have at the Caesar's Place store, otherwise I would have only given 1 star. read more

It is always fun to splurge when in Vegas. I had the best experience at the store. Sasha helped my friend and I shop for a bag. It was my friends birthday, Sasha brought us champagne to sip while we shopped. I had recently purchased a Michael Kors watch at Neiman Marcus in SF, i told her they had not given me a box when i bought it. She went in the back, got me a new one, and issued me the warranty on the watch. I left with a little buzz, a box for my watch, and a beautiful new bag! Review from 1 year ago. I have only bought MK for the last 2 yrs and have been very satisfied with the purses. I usually get about 2 purses a year and the quality, workmanship and price is very good. They have lots, & lots of pockets in the purses, this is what I love, definitely these designs were thought of by a women designer because we need as many damn slots as possible cause we have soooo many things to put in our purses!! LOL. Last time I went, I was thinking about spending around $300 but they had a sale & I got 2 purses for the price of one! Both were white in color, I got a nice white with gold rhinestones on the sides, and a matching smaller sized purse. I gave the small one away to a good friend later on. Only one complaint is the weight of most purses are a little heavier than say like coach or LV, even though this might just be the designs I like, but it's OK, because it just means they are more sturdy and less likely to break or bend easily! I visited this store on Easter weekend. I was looking at a backpack with family and a woman came up to us as if she was agitated at us. We were looking at the zipper and pockets it had. Asked us if she can us with something. I felt like if she didn't like us looking in it. So I asked the price and she told me the price of $298. So I thanked her and I wasn't sure that I wanted it. We left and visited the MK Men's. They had a section with a sale. My nephew bought himself a backpack that was priced at $179 so I asked my daughter to check the women's MK to see if they had a sale. The same lady came up to her right when she entered the store and looked perplexed. She asked my daughter why did she come back! Really umm I would think to shop. So she asked if they had a sale section and she said yes small area. She checked to see any backpacks but none I would like. I don't get why she needed to ask why is she back. Really it's a store, can't we browse? I truly was very Upset that she would say or give a look of unwelcomeness! I have never been treated this way in the California stores. They lost sale because their merchant terminal down. Ran my ATM card and declined because they said they needed to run as credit. When they ran again it was declined again. Called my bank while in store and they confirmed my card was good and should be able to be used. Get your systems correct so you don't loose sale again. The sales person helping me couldn't even remember the name of the bag I wanted. They seemed a little crazy and disorganized in this store. I think you get better service at the outlet stores. I've always been a huge fan of Michael Kors and even got a job on the strip just so I could enjoy that amazing discount. However after being a loyal customer to pretty much every store on the strip, this one has really set me off. I purchased multiple backpacks from the Mens Store in Palazzo and decided that I didn't want one of them so I attempted to return it. I told them my receipt was emailed to me so I never had a hard copy and after looking for the receipt, I was unable to find it and apparently they couldn't find the receipt in their system. I provided them with the receipt number and they had to call corporate to find it and still was unable to find it. Luckily the sales associate remembered who I was so he gave the ok for a refund. They attempted refunding me but instead of giving me the correct amount, they stated that the bag was on sale when I had purchased it. QUESTION. The bag just came out a month ago and it's not even on sale in the store or online so how was it on sale 10 days ago? However they were very persistent in giving me an amount less than what was paid. After that, they tried making me wait for a check to be mailed in by corporate because it's over $200. I have never heard of that rule nor has my regional or district manager. However the store manager KAT, said it's a full line store rule. Interesting. Nearly 2 hours in the store, they passed me on to an ASM who was able to find my receipt and refund me the appropriate amount. Like I said, I'm an employee and have been a cashier for nearly a year and all these rules that they kept trying to bring up are things I have never heard of before. If you're trying to purchase something at the Palazzo Mens or Women's Store, make sure you don't intend to change your mind because this isn't even the first time I've had an issue at these two stores with management. Anyways, end of rant but I'm definitely not happy with them nor will I ever return. Unless I decide to purchase a few hundred from one store and return it at their store with the hard copy receipt. read more

Great experience shopping here. One of my fave brands to shop in LA so had to check it out in LV. They had great deals in store and a great a selection of gorgeous handbags, wallets, watches, glasses etc. I was in search of a casual everyday handbag and was able to find nice large tan tote for a really great price. The service people were so nice and helpful and ended up leaving with a watch and wallet as well. Store layout is very organized , open and clean. Will be back on my next vacation. read more

I haven't even been to this location yet and I'm already pleased. I plan on visiting Vegas next weekend and was determined while there to make one "large" purchase, it's a Vegas tradition for me since I don't go to gamble or anything. What could be better than a Michael Kors bag to add to my already insane MK collection?! I found the one I wanted at a local store here in Los Angeles, but really wanted something to look forward to during my vacation, so decided I'd wait. I looked at the bag every day on the MK website and my resistance was breaking lol. I called this store and spoke with the sweetest sales associate a few days ago. She informed me there were three left in stock of the bag I wanted. Panic, sweat dripping down my forehead (ok not really but I REALLY wanted this bag and REALLY wanted to wait till Vegas to get it, plus cheaper sales tax lol), I figured it would be sold out by then. She gave me the option to purchase it over the phone and they could ship it... No, because that defeats my purchasing it there...Then she gave me the option to purchase it and they would hold it for me to pick up when I come into town. Cue the super excited "OMG" face. I let her know I'd think about it, I needed a minute to check my available funds at that moment, but I'd call her back. She said she'd place it aside for me. I called back an hour or so later, it was around 9:30pm and left a voicemail. The associate got back to me as soon as she got in the next day and we closed the deal.
