Made an appointment for 11a Saturday. The website said you don't have to have an appointment but when you can be nice, you try. I stepped in and 3 associates flocked to me. Asked if I wanted water and what they could help with. I told them all I have an appt so they asked me to wait while they all called in the person. I was waiting for a bit and decided to move upstairs after one of them mentioned that women's department was on the second floor. My SA found me upstairs (probably was confused why there were 8 people telling her where I was and wasn't) in the belt area. After explaining what I needed she left to get my size and after a minute or 5 I saw her talking to two different people. I asked nicely, if she was busy with others, and if so could she point me to someone else less busy. Who the heck knows what appointment assignment process they go through, right? She explained she had to get one customer to a manager and asked if I wanted to work with someone else. I said no, but that I'm not going to make one person run around when there are plenty of SAs that were available. We found the item I wanted and after looking at the tableware, we headed back downstairs. I had a belt that needed another hole punched so while she did that for me, I went and looked at the scarves. By now we are warming up to each other's communication style and I was content to wait and browse. I found a poncho that was just stunning and my poor SA hunted all over for the only other new one in the store for me. In fact, there were at least 2 other SAs that were recruited to look for this one scarf! While I waited another SA came over to me and told me that the one I picked was a marble printed edition and because the house only makes a few pieces a season it was hard to find. Woohoo! Lesson acquired! All in all a happy trip even if I didn't get any leather bags. Less one star only due to their limited selection. I'm not sure why this place gets a bad wrap. Our visit at Hermes at The Wynn/Encore was right out of the scene in the movie Pretty Woman wherein Julia Roberts goes into to buy clothes, and is shamed out. My Fiancee and I are casino guests at the Wynn, and we decided to go shopping in the mall where Hermes and other high end stores are. After making purchases at Versace, etc, we decided to stop into Hermes. We arrived and my finance asked the clerk to bring down a particular bag for her to look at. The clerk did NOT bring down the bag, but rather stood there and blankly said "this bag is $24,000". My fiancee said "I asked you to bring it down to show me, I did not ask you how much it costs". We immediately walked out of the store. We went to the other shopping part of The Wynn, went to the Gucci store, were treated with respect, champagne and great service, and promptly spent thousands there, having a wonderful buying experience. I posted photos from Gucci. Shame on Hermes. Your products are nice, but not in any way justification to treat a customer like a 2nd. class citizen. So rude. We all know Hermes is a very high end brand. And yes it's hard to get your hands on a bag. However I was there not for their bags but to look at the sandals. The Asian lady that "help" me was rude. I asked if she had the "H" sandals in black or tan. She said yes and just stood there. Soooo like can I see it? Her response was do you want it or do you just want to see it? I said I want to see it. So she showed me an image on her phone in the color black. I said I want to see it in person. So she looked annoyed while going to get the sandals. Needless to say I definitely did not buy it from her! Why would I want to give her the commission with that kind of service. So I left and ordered it online MYSELF! Why stick your nose up in the air like you're better than me?! After all you're just a worker there, you don't own it! Have better customer service! Treat everyone equally! Awful experience! When I got there I knew what I was looking for and it was a gift for my fiancé. Mind you I have shopped at Hermes before in Miami so I went in with a certain expectations.I was not greeted at all and I had to ask to be directed. After waiting for a while I had to ask once more for a sales associate to help as if it was a favor. The lady who helped was no help at all it was as if I was bothering her and mind you, It is not my first time buying luxury and Hermes is not the top choice. No refreshments were offered and the lady was treating me as if she was being bothered. I ended up purchasing a belt but not because she recommended because if I was her I'd take every client as a new opportunity specially since they're commission based. Sad to say I have to agree with the many others saying this location is not great. This is the first time I've ever received poor customer service at an Hermes. The small store was pretty empty yet I was generally ignored, although I was actually looking forward to making a purchase. (Really shouldn't matter, though.) There was eventually one associate who did actually acknowledge me, but she did not provide the experience or assistance you'd expect in a luxury store. I ended up leaving empty handed and ordering what I wanted online. I imagine they probably get a ton of tourists just wanting to take a peek inside, but even simply greeting every potential customer that comes in is a pretty bare minimum expectation that they did not meet. I'm not saying I need to be offered some champagne as soon as I step foot in the door, but a simple "hi welcome in" would be nice? I'd love to throw in the typical "I won't be back!" to end it but I'm just visiting Vegas so I wouldn't have been back anyways. read more

As I was a host there most recently i will say that this location have some the most prejudice people. they don't try to hide it either. The management is horrible (not everyone) but the majority. they lie to clients about product, bags being the number one product they will lie about. I was in Las Vegas for a few days and since Houston location did not have items I've been looking for, I decided to try Hermes at the Wynn. I came in ten minutes after they opened and the SA Joey was really kind and patient with me. I was particularly looking for a certain pocket squares, espadrilles and boots. The did not have any of my items and located them where I can purchase it. He placed my order and have the items shipped to my home. Although the items are limited due to inventory, it was a smooth transaction. I would recommend this location to anyone! read more

I must say not all SAs are condescending, actually most of them are friendly, once you get to know them and once they see you come often they warm up to you. I know how the feeling of being ignored or being eyes rolled on to because I had those experiences from other boutiques around the world. She has quite the designer scarf collection and was attempting to track down a specific jaguar print Hermès scarf so we stopped by the shop. As would be expected in a fancy schmancy store like this, the service was aloof but friendly. Our saleslady loosened up a little bit when my friend started rattling off the actual names of the patterns of all the Hermès scarves she owns. They had one she loved so we made an easy purchase. Night and day experience with this store. First off, I have made purchases at this location before and had excellent experiences with a super friendly and helpful associate. Came in on a Sunday morning shortly after opening and it was completely different. This time, I was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store. I even made it extremely obvious I was interested in specific items, but still was not acknowledged once. I understand profiling happens to some degree in these stores and a younger female shopping by herself doesn't scream "purchase" compared to the two other older couples who were being helped (mind you I was also wearing a couple Hermes items so obviously I have shopped here), but a hello or asking if I was interested in anything would have been nice. Over the span of the last 3 years I have visited this Hermes store inside the Wynn hotel several times and each time I have left dissapointed to say the least. The service here is horrendous; they have the most unhelpful sales associates. It is really sad that in such a great hotel like the Wynn this is the type of customer service they provide time and time again. They never want to help you with anything and they make it such an awkward experience even when you do want to purchase something. Unless the item is out on display, they refuse to check their stock for any items. I understand that the special bags are hard to get, but when you want to purchase things like sandals or other accessories, they should be helpful in doing their job. This is the reason why I have never ended up purchasing anything from this location and have always gone to the Bellagio location where they are much friendlier and happier to help me with my purchases. read more

Not helpful and could barely be bothered to get off his cell phone the entire time I was there. Every question I had was answered with a question. He told me everything was probably sold out. I asked him to look on the tablet in store and he said it wasn't connected to the internet and he couldn't show me anything. Such poor customer service. I was shocked. First they had all of 1 customer inside, which was apparently too much to handle for this staff. So we waited about 20 minutes. Then we were allowed into the Hermes kingdom of nothing to sell. SA must having been finishing up Hermes course 'on how to makes your customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in less than 10 seconds'. No personality, no conversation, no answer but 'no'. Do you have a rodeo charm-no. Do you have any bags, no. No attempt to even try to behave like we were in a retail store. This attitude that a customer has to prove themselves worthy to purchase their items is outrageous. This store was different a couple years ago. They were really nice and made me feel welcome which is why I purchased a couple of bags from them. But it appears the Covid excuse for poor service is alive and infected in this store. I wish I could give this Hermès a negative 100 - Hermès is infamous for not helping you to purchase a bag if you do not have a "purchase history" with them of $5k-$10k before you are even are deemed worthy of one of their bags. Shopped in person earlier last week and it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't amazing either. I definitely don't expect to be babied by sales associates, however the gentleman helping us was a bit condescending. He just seemed to have a comment against anything my mom and I would say, a lot of times when we weren't even speaking to him which made the visit to the store a little awkward. However; nonetheless I am happy with my purchase, and aside from that I felt very safe in the store.
