I highly recommend coming to this place if you need something engraved. I needed a last minute gift engraved- a big wooden knife block. The staff were incredibly kind and so sweet. My project was ultimately supposed to take a week to get done but when I told them it was a last minute gift and I needed it sooner, they had it done for me the very next day. Contacted this company today trying to get a simple quote about engraving on champagne bottles, and had the worse customer service experience. They asked me which day I needed the service done by, and while I was pulling up my calendar which only took a few seconds the person on the phone says "You need to tell me which day you need it done by, I'm kinda swamped here." I literally was pulling the calendar up right then and there, and it needed a second to load. They proceeded to ask me about the exact date, but by then I already knew I was not going to do business here. I was very polite when inquiring about their services so there was no need to be so rude. Have someone else answer the phone if you are too busy to do it yourself. read more

Total satisfaction and friendly service in 30 minutes.. I needed a last minute engraving for my sons graduation. When I say last minute , I mean it was 2pm and I needed it same day. After calling around and being told it was too late in the day or that it would take 2 days, I found a light at the end of the tunnel. H&B did it for me while I waited in a comfy chair for 15 minutes . That was after 15 minutes of exacting my order and making sure I got what I wanted. I did not have an appointment. I heard about the Herman Berman Company through a friend and came to them when looking for a thoughtful, out-of-the-box gift for a friend's wedding. They recommended getting the wedding invitation (which was absolutely stunning on it's own) mounted on a piano wood plaque with a gold plate that had a personal message engraved on it.
