I have rarely seen a company stay multiple days until 2 am to work on a project. If you want a quality Pergola that will last a lifetime, this is your company. Ruined my food sealer because they forgot to seal the pergola and roof part that meet together. Then gave a 50% deposit and wait 2 months with no calls from anyone to schedule my appointment. I had to reach to have the schedule the appointment. They showed up At 5pm and only installed half of the patio tracks. Then they rescheduled to finish screening in the patio at 9am and after numerous calls & text messages with no response my boyfriend left the owner an unpleasant voicemail at 11:30am so they finally called back trying to cancel but I said that was unacceptable after wasting my entire morning and they showed after 12:30pm instead of 9am as promised. I have yet to have me leaks fixed after numerous attempts and had to hire another contractor to finish the screened in patio because they never returned my calls until I called from Another phone number. They are very unprofessional. I had recommended them to one of my friends and she is going thru the same thing not to mention they didn't pitch the roof they did it flat and have to redo the whole thing again. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I give it a 4 down. And the receptionist Nicole is always on another call and never calls back. I will definitely report them in every social media thread and to the better business bureau.

We searched many website, had contractors give us quotes and decided to build a pergola ourselves. My wife (through all her internet searches and research) came across "Cover Your Pergola". After talking to the sales team, Johnny, we decided to purchase their product. Johnny was great and treated us as if he's known us for years. We discussed the size of the pergola we built, with some recommendations from Johnny, purchased all we would need on a Monday, we were told we'd have the product by Friday. We received the product on Wednesday and began the process of installing the pergola cover. I called Johnny a few times to help with a couple items, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
