The shutters took 12 weeks to arrive, but that's with everything these days! The day of installation, Lucas arrived on time and came ready to install. He installed and there was no mess and he made sure to clean up any packaging. I was super impressed with the final product. They only issue that I had was communication could have been a tad bit better with providing updates. I paid a deposit in March 2021 and had to reach out for updates.
