That was the high point of the whole business relationship. Josh came out to the house and gave me an estimate. His estimate was in line with another that I had received from a another tree company. Josh stated that business had been slow and they were having a hard time getting work (I should of seen the red flag). We decided to go with the smaller company and Josh promised that they would do a great job. What followed was a series of excuses that they couldn't get equipment, but Josh assured me that the work would get done. That turned out to be a crock. They came out one afternoon, and cut on a tree in the backyard and hauled one trailer load a way. Josh said they would be back the following day to complete the job. They returned the following day and they did haul away some more of the tree but left more than 1/2 of it. On the side of the house, they limbed another tree but just left the limbs on the ground. Hauled none of it away! Josh, then went to my sister and told her that they were having some financial issues and could she give him payment for the job. Josh promised that the job would be completed. She gave him the check. Big mistake! Josh never came back after that. The most efficient thing they did was cash the check that my sister gave them. This is not a business that you want to be involved with! Use any other tree service but them! They are the worst! You've been warned! I would give zero star's if I could.

We had a huge pine fall, but restrained by an oak from doing extensive damage. I called John, who immediately responded.
