We recently had our roof replaced by Ventura Home Remodeling Inc., and they did a great job. Rafael Ventura (the owner) was personally involved the whole time along with his brothers, Jose S. and Jose E., which I really appreciated. It wasn't one of those jobs where the owner sells the project and disappears. What started as a normal shingle replacement turned into a little more once the old roof came off -- we found some water-damaged decking and even a squirrel entry point. Their crew handled everything professionally and made sure the roof structure was solid before installing the new shingles. Their pricing was very competitive, but they didn't cut corners. The crew worked hard, showed up on time, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. One thing I learned through this is that 20+ year old roofs can hide a lot of problems.
