I was then greeted by an older gentleman with one eye closed. It appeared he injured his eye and juices were coming out of it. Very disgusting. He proceeded to jump in my face, screaming and yelling because I had an issue with the price. He told me I could take "my sh$@ down the road." I paid and started to leave when the One eyed man got loud again and would not let me leave showing me this price and that price, honestly I didn't hear much of what he said due to the fact of him grabbing me and pulling me into the office. It was uncomfortable and I didn't know if he was going to try and harm me or what. I finally was able to slip away, and won't be back. I was about to start bringing my fleet of work vehicles here for repair and maintenance but unless this squinty eye man is gone, I will not return. Customer service is not #1 here. Update: my car got taken back at 5:30. The tire couldn't be patched so they needed to replace it. The replacement tire isn't in store so they had to go pick it up from another store. The lady who I assume is the manager has been very apologetic and even discount my tire. Raising the rating from a 1 to a 3. It's 6:35 and I still haven't gotten my car back fixed.
