I take full responsibility for not following my first mind. He never told me that the side tint would be a different color/shade from my factory tint in the back. In addition, the front strip tint was darker than the back window tint. So there you have it, 3 different shades of tint on my brand new car. I asked him about that and to perhaps correct/fix it so it will be close to the same shade, of course he got really angry and said I'll just give you a refund Maam. Okay, he gaslighted me saying he refunded my account already. After waiting 2 weeks, nothing deposited! Another 2 weeks of waitin-nothing!! After stopping by the business to check status, he looks at my car and see it tinted the right way from SPF (all 1 color), begins laughing and stated "You paid them to do the same thing I did" then recanted his original statement to give a refund. He said; "Naw, you not getting a refund!" Leave my business!! He never intended to refund me for the terrible work even though it was him who suggested it.
