Although this means we'll ultimately have to have a significant amount of the tree pruned, Langley's Tree Specialist went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations, including documentation that I could share with Code Enforcement, to postpone this until January, when the tree would be more able to handle the stress. Such a responsive company! More concerned about the health of the tree than getting the job out o the way and paid for (which I was 100% willing to do to avoid fines, etc.). He…read moregave me the most affordable estimate (out of 5 local estimates) to trim dead branches off of a huge cottonwood tree in our yard. He and his office manager/wife were meticulous in scheduling a date for the work (8-1-16) and called several days in advance to confirm. On the day of the trim Kevin arrived exactly when promised: 7:15am! He worked tirelessly and methodically on our gigantic cottonwood, cutting, and then chipping logs until 2:30pm. When he was finished, he even showed me the chipped wood and asked if I wanted any of it to use as mulch around our yard. My husband and I said we did want the mulched cottonwood as our yard has several spots where it will be useful. Kevin was so friendly and professional. Our tree (which we know we will loose in about 2 more years) is no longer an eye-sore and will continue to shade our home for another 2 years. Our neighbor even came over during our trim and hired Kevin on the spot to do a small trim job in his yard across the street. I am a huge fan of this company and I highly recommend them!!

Seven years ago I sealed the expansion joints in my drive myself using self leveling caulk. It…read morelasted 6 years before separating. I Wanted old caulk removed from expansion joints and refilled with expandable caulking (preferably self leveling). What they put in was mortar. Consequently, it cracked within 4 days. They came back out to fill cracks and "corrected" by smeared some caulking along the cracks. The end result is a very unprofessional and unsightly. Hardly a $500 job. Would steer away from this company.
